Hi, After reading so many good things about organic unsulphered BSM curing ovarian cysts I tried having one full tbs of BSM, followed by ACV 3 tbs with baking soda(1/4th tbs) after my dinner. Within 30 minutes I had a severe pain in my left leg , foot, left hand palm. I had side effects of BSM, the one I trid is australian brand melrose.

Was my intake correct, can I consume after my dinner?

Regards

My name is Cynthia from Lagos Nigeria. I have a 5.7 right ovarian cyst. I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Mollasses for one month now and continued experiencing severe pains so I decided to go for a scan last week and the scan shows that I now have a 5.2 left ovarian cyst as well and the right one has increased to 6.4. I don't know if its the Apple Cider and Mollasess I took that increased it or not. Someone should please advice me on what to do next. I cannot withstand the pains any longer.

Cynthia, I am in the same boat as you. My ovarian cyst did not shrink after two months of ACV & BSM. In fact, it seems to have grown (21 x 11.8 x 20.4 cm).

[However, ACV & BSM (& Iodine from Kelp) healed me of uterine cancer COMPLETELY.]

To Cynthia in Nigeria:

Hello Cynthia why not tryin to make an ice cubes from herbs juices, squeeze leaves or grated garlic in aloe vera juice. U try it. And use it as ur vag suppository. Make an ice cubes and push it inside of u and place a pillow at ur pelvis part below and chill for 20 mins to 2 hours if u can. I already tried Moringa leaf but u got to strain it. Try yogurt as well it has good bacterias in it. Make an ice cubes insert it at bedtime or in the morning after u pee or during boring time. May u be healed completely. BB Sam and Mami

Cynthia & Joe and anyone else who found their cyst size increased after taking blackstrap molasses (BSM) & ACV, would you kindly share if by any chance you have a concurrent thyroid problem such as low or high thyroid. Also if you are taking any meds and eating too many cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage etc?
I am asking this b'coz female with ovarian cysts often have thyroid problems too. That is the basic reason behind molasses working for ovarian cysts. Beside iron and many minerals, BSM is rich in naturally occurring iodine. Many studies today has proven that ovarian epithelium has receptors for thyroid hormone and ovarian stroma is richest organ in iodine second only to thyroid. That is why in case of iodine deficiency not just thyroid but ovaries are also effected resulting in multiple cysts.
Here are few facts about relationship between thyroid, ovaries & iodine:

Iodine is concentrated at high levels in the ovaries via the NIS symporter.

Iodine deficiency is strongly correlated with ovarian cysts and may also be related to ovarian
cancer.

  • Flechas states that the greater the iodine deficiency, the more ovarian cysts a woman produces, resulting in the extreme form known as polycystic ovarian disease.
  • Howenstine asserts that Iodine therapy can reduce or eliminate ovarian cysts.
  • Slebodzinski states that iodine concentration in the ovary is higher than in every other organs except the thyroid. The ovarian iodide uptake varies with sexual activities, is enhanced by estrogens and a hypothyroid state and blocked by goitrogens.
  • Escobar investigated the effect of various levels of iodine intake on thyroid hormones in different tissues in the rat. They discovered that, under conditions of iodine deficiency, the concentration of T3 in the ovary was much higher than in the blood or most other tissues.

I am a researcher myself and would like to know from any of you ladies if you have been diagnosed or have symptoms of any thyroid problems (hypo or hyperthyroidism etc).

To: Rahoz re: Cynthia and Joe's comment

Rahoz, I hope you are still part of this site. I just read your reply of 2014. I have a history of developing ovarian cysts since 1990s. I have, unfortunately, had five ovarian cysts surgically removed over the years. Initially, I was told by my OB/GYN that he thought I might have PCOS but he was not sure. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in the 1990s. I never knew why these cysts developed and grew rapidly. Of course, my doctors' only remedy was surgery. I have always taken Synthyroid for my thyroid condition. I also eat cruciferous vegetables, which I was not aware I should not be eating. I developed Ovarian Cancer too in this huge cyst that I have now.

Rahoz, I would like to take the ACV and molases but I am afraid of my cyst growing and the cancer cells growing because of the sugar in the molases. I want to come up with a plan to prevent my body from developing these cysts.

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks very much for your assistance and I will await your reply.
