Has anyone mixed apple cider vinegar with blackstrap molasses for weight loss. If so, how did it help?

I don't know whether my answer will help you but for a while I took molasses and ACV, not because I needed to lose weight but for my health in general. I noticed that I started to lose weight so I stopped. People were starting to complain that I had lost too much weight but again.... I wasn't really overweight, so I don't know whether it will work for you! I never put the weight on again although I eat quite well!

How much of each did you use daily? Did you mix it together or with other liquids? Thank you for responding.

I forgot to mention that it has drastically affected my appetite. I no longer crave sweets, but, have noticed I like salty foods. Does anyone know if this is normal? I never really liked salt that much before this. Also, it does make me urinate much more than I ever have.

You will know if you're taking too much, but I'd say the amount you're taking is getting around the upper limit... If your Urine turns yellow, don't worry that's the fat getting excreted. You could always back off a bit till the urine looks normal then up it a bit.

I realize this is an old post, but wanted to respond for other people reading. I would guess the craving for salt is due to the potassium in the orange juice, which is not a negative. My understanding is potassium and sodium need to be balanced in the body; an increase in one can create a craving in the other. Wishing good health to us all.

I actually receive emails from Earth clinic and I put them in my emails to keep and reply or read them when I have more time. I happen to check every email from Earth clinic as my email list was really piling up and saw someone talk about weight loss with eggs? So I came online to Earth clinic and so far I have spent hours reading about ACV and weight loss but nothing about eggs yet? However, I spent hours reading and noticed Stella mentioning she had a craving for salt? Which surprised me at the time of reading, because I don't know if people are aware of it, but I found out quite a while back on Earth clinic another reviewer stating that ACV REMOVES EXCESS SALT FROM YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SLEEP HENCE NO BAGS THE NEXT MORNING? OH BRILLIANT I THOUGHT LOL However, Stella's message was from 2012, and MC from Texas, kindly told Stella the reason even though she may not have returned to Earth clinic? I was very pleased to hear that NM Gave an explanation as to why Stella might be craving salt? And they say it is because Potassium in orange juice craves salt? So if you don't take orange juice you might remove excess salt when you sleep and if you use orange juice with ACV you might crave salt? Very interesting to know! Because I like Stella don't like salt either and never have. So I thought I would mention it here, because it seems you might lose the bags under your eyes! Another health benefit! Yup I am all for that. Thanks NM!! Rosina Lock from East London
