I just tried applying ACV on the age spots on my face and the sting brought lots of tears out of my eyes into my face all over and washed off the ACV. Can someone teach me how to do this!! Is this going to be like this all the time? And how long am I supposed to leave the ACV on my face? Do I need to wash it off afterwards? Can I use the ACV and then castor oil as well?

my question is to Haley from Greenville, Nc. you said you put the ACV full strenght all over your face and body after your shower, do you rince off? if not how long do you keep it on and does your body smell like vinegar for the rest of the day? Ive started drinking it and its helped to regulate my system, havent noticed any thing skin wise, am going to try putting on my age spots and see what happens.

I have been using apple cider vinegar on my face for a few years and I love what it does for my skin, but it is very strong. It is a mild chemical peel that removes dead cells, stimulates circulation, and corrects PH, but you don't want irritation! Saturate a cotton ball and pat the ACV all over your cleansed face, leave it on or rinse after a minute or 2 depending on your tolerance.
