Just as a positive indication for tumeric.. I thought just to test.. I'd drop the tumeric from my daily routine. So I just took the ginger and cayenne.. Within a week I was feeling slight twinges nothing to bad... As soon as I started the tumeric they went. Adding that the MSN has done away with all back discomfort. This definiatly works.Replied By Amy (Sydney, Australia) on 01/12/2012
I have found that Curcumin the active ingredient in tumeric is the reason it works, so buy Curcumin tablets as they are 95% Curcumin ( turmeric tablets are only 5% Curcumin) this is just my experience give it a go people it may work or you...Replied By Cherese (Canada) on 02/14/2017
Just wondering how much curcumin to take? I have been taking 2 30 mg pills a day with no change. Not sure how much is safe to take a day.
