Hi, I had chest pains all over my chest, mostly towards the left. When I was small, they used to come and then go within minutes so I thought nothing of it (while watching TV/reading a book). All of a sudden, a month ago, I started having consistent chest pains and it got to a point where I figured out that I had Unstable Angina (one step below a heart attack) where my ateries were not getting enough Oxygen. My doctor stated it was anxiety/stress and gave me Klonopin which only drugged me and made me sleepy each day - I stopped taking that for a week and purchased some GNC Products and that SAME day, I saw results!!! I was so excited that I wanted to share this with everyone even though its only been one day. This was partially recommended by Kevin Treadau and I added some extra stuff to the list. I no longer have chest pains when watching TV or resting! :) I used Calcium/Magnesium; Vitamin B Complex; 100% Natural Vitamin E (The best one) (GNC has Isomer E); Omega 3-6-9 (Unsaturated Fatty Acids); Kyloic Aged Garlic Extract.

Once a person is having chest pains, the partial occlusion or complete occlusion of the coronary arteries is permanent. No dietary supplement will fix this though they may help prevent these plaques from forming in the future.

I have to disagree with Matt. I tried all of that (listed above from my previous note) and I no longer have chest pains. Actually I have came across some information that makes it not permanent. I forgot where exactly I found it but some of it I got it from Kevin Treadau's book. Arteries can be unclogged. Again, this is just my opinion...all I can say is that it worked for me. No more chest pains.

A good friend of mine was not conscripted into the army because of his bad heart condition. He learned about cayenne very early and would use it as a daily supplement and whenever he felt he was about to have an attack.

Hate to tell you Doctors, but this man died at a good young age of 96. He was baking bread himself till he died. He outlived his wife who was in good health. Don't see too many old guys in his shape. He was also a vegetarian.

Vinny,

If it is as you say, there is no more pain. Than as a small test go for either a long walk, or a short jog to see how it goes. No pain, than you're probably right.

That is how I tell if I'm improving. For me at this point, just starting the Cayenne Pepper, it would be a short walk of about 200 yards... lol that's all I'd need to know I'm getting better.

Also, a book called Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease shows pictures of arteries that were clogged and crimped then after a year the arteries were in good shape no crimp, the patient had changed their diet to a low-fat non oil diet, with lots good nutritious food to repair the cells and body.

If taking the Cayenne, is the hottest one (100,000 units) the most effective? Can I take it in capsule form rather than powder?
