I started this week on Lecithin, 2 capsules of 1200mg each once a day and will let you guys know how I am doing.

Btw, I am not only doing this but I am doing the 3 tablespoons a day of apple cider vinegar and a 1/2 cup a day of water with 1/4 tsp of baking soda and 1/4 tsp of lemon (one of Ted's recipes).

I am also taking vitamins A, C, E, d3, L-Lysine, Zinc AND Magnesium. I am doing everything I can to get rid of it. I had 6 outbreaks in 8 months, and enough is enough.

Update: I did feel a bit of itching down there and rubbed coconut oil on my genital. So far the lecithin hasn't worked in full effect, but I am glad the coconut oil kept the herpes from creating a new outbreak.

I was underweight, so I think my immune system was compromised, and that's why the lecithin hasn't worked yet. I'll keep you guys posted, and hopefully next time I post, I will be reporting no itching or outbreaks!

I increased the lecithin dosage from 2400mg to 4800mg and will try for another month.

I still have itching coming and going, if a lesion appears I use coconut oil and they disappear fast. I think the virus is becoming weak, when lesions appear they are usually tiny or just a bump.

I am also taking 1000mg lysine and vitamins A, E, C, D3, zinc and magnesium.

If the pills aren't getting results, try granulated lecithin. Looks strange, tastes buttery.

You're really not giving it much time. Some people have to give it two or three months. Some people even say as much as 9 months. But you seem to be expecting results with a minimum amount of time and a minimum dose on an already compromised immune system. Maybe try to improve your immune system in addition to the time and dosage. It wouldn't hurt to take some extra vitamin C, B Complex, D3, Zinc, Multivitamins, etc.
