Hi Kim, I also take organic, unsulphered BSM for ovarian cysts. After I began taking 2 tbsp/day my cysts disappeared as did most of the symptoms that came along with them!! It is wonderful to be able to treat this ailment with something so natural! Best wishes to you! ~LizReplied By Erika (Oakland, Ca, Usa) on 05/12/2011
Thank you so much for this information, Kim! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and have had excess facial hair growth for a few years now. I am excited to treat it naturally and it sounds like blackstrap molasses will really help - I'm definitely going to give it a try!Replied By Jessie (Nunya, Usa) on 08/08/2011

I mix a tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses and 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in aprox 2 cups of water. It tastes like prune juice.
