Our family has been using hydrogen peroxide for cleansing wounds; diluted as a medicinal mouthwash; ear wax removal and also used in the ears to help ward off catching a cold (3 drops in ear, wait ten minutes then swab out or let ear drain onto wash cloth. Hydrogen peroxide, inexpensive, non-invasive good stuff.
