I have been a user of 12% and then 35% peroxide for 10 years. I have met every cold and flu, at the onset of symptoms, with a single "dose" of a peroxide dilution. With 12% I used 1/8 teaspoon per 4 oz of any non-carbonated drink. I used 3 drops of 35% peroxide in 4 oz of fluid. (With repeated confidence gained, I stopped needing to measure and just poured.) Take this on an empty stomach at the onset of symptoms and sickness is kicked in the butt. Symptoms never return. If I woke up in the morning sick, then I would redose like this every ten minutes until symptoms disappeared. Usually this came about after three doses and then an instance of throwing up. But symptoms would always clear and I could go about my day as if nothing bad visited me. These grades of peroxide will not burn the skin badly. In fact, if you have any growth on your skin, it is possible to use them full strength to kill any bacteria or fungus on skin. Wet a q-tip and apply to the spot. Yes, your skin will become white and there will be a simple stinging, but this is not to be feared. This will last for a limited amount of time and then clear. For example, 30 minutes. But you can practice diluting it and applying some to your skin to get a feel for it. This has been my friend for ten years and it has never hurt me.
