Apple Cider Vinegar is a fast and reliable way of lowering high blood pressure. I had a reading of 166/102 about 30 minutes ago, now it's at 143/86 after 3 or 4 tablespoons of ACV with water. Try it, it works.

Does Apple cider vinegar really lowers blood pressure? I doubt because my husband is taking it constantly for past 15 days. No effect at all. he is using Braggs Apple cider with mothers 2 tablespoons with raw and water twice a day.

Pooja, you can have him try upping his water intake alongside of the ACV.
