Hi Michael, If you scroll down on Real-Time Posts page and read my post to Yasue under broncho-pneumonia, you will see what I did with my daughter who was plagued with sinus infections and b-p as well. In addition to what I wrote there, she found great relief and help with the neti pot and hydrogen peroxide or sea salt for herself. That was the relief and partial aid to ridding herself of the infection but truly the answer to be done with all of these issues was to eliminate dairy from her diet. If you still eat dairy, seriously consider eliminating it and you will absolutely see the difference it will make. She has not had another sinus or bronchial incidence since. It has been well worth it to her. She was a huge dairy fan before this revelation so the change was monumental but the results so clear that she has been committed to staying away from it.I hope this helps, Lisa

I have read thru the postings and it seems that i would need probably some strong anti fungal? My mucous is white, not yellow or green. would you have a suggestion and how is it administered?. I must say I have been putting a combo of vinegar/hydrogen peroxide in my ears too and a big cyst seems to form inside with pressure. almost like a mound of pus or something. It is a heavy feeling with alot of pressure It goes away in an hour or so.. Above the right eye, as i wrote in my post that gets an occasional pounding headache and lots of spaciness which seems to correspond with vinegar drinking.regards MikeReplied By Julia (Canada) on 06/03/2010
I have the same problem: pounding headache above my eye after the drinking ACV. I think that people with low blood pressure should take ACV carefully because it lowers your blood pressure.
