Created in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, by a retired dairy farmer named Jack McWilliams. It was advertised as a cure-all for arthritis, heart disease, constipation, and high cholesterol, offering the internal benefits of an exercise routine.
6 ounces of Apple cider vinegar,
9 ounces of 100% Apple juice,
13 ounces of 100% Concord grape juice.
People traditionally mix these specific ingredients together to cut the sharp, sour taste of the vinegar while claiming benefits for energy and joint health.
Instructions:
Pour all three liquids into a clean pitcher or glass jar.
Stir the mixture well until fully combined.
Store the container in the refrigerator to chill.
Take a small serving of about 2 ounces each day or 2 x daily for serious health issues.
