My dad suffers from hypertension for more than a decade and has been on prescribed medication that caused so much side effect, one of which is insomnia. I stumbled on this great website and most importantly, blessed by your advice, he is now taking apple cider vinegar with honey twice a day, do you recommend to add baking soda to the drink? What about giving him sea salt water on regular basis? Please give us your valuable advice, my mum's acid reflux was healed after taking your advice of taking ACV plus baking soda. Thank you!

When my blood pressure gets high, I take 30 drops of olive leaf extract mixed with water, then I take a glass of water with 2 table spoons of ACV. It works wonders for me. The horrible headache and nausea immediately disappear. Hope it helps. You can get the olive leaf extract online.

Does the Apple Cider Vinager with the olive extract really work for high blood pressure. My pressure always seems to be high in the morning.

I would advise against baking soda with vinegar. It simply neutralizes the vinegar and all you end up with is water with a very weak salt.
