I, myself have been using ACV for 2 months. My skin looks healthier, but no weight loss. I am a little bit dissappointed. I wonder if I am doing it wrong. I have been drinking it throughout the day, 1 tablespoon and honey with 16 oz of water. I need to lose abouth 30lbs. I know I have to be patient. But already after 2 months, without any lb lost. try drinking it without the honey you may see the results ... but keep in mind what works for others may not work for you . and vice versa. keep it up.Replied By E (Philadelphia, USA) on 07/02/2009
Make sure you are using RAW ACV and not the diluted one used for cooking. Drink it with 8oz water not 16oz. Make sure your eating right and execising.Replied By Peggy (Boston, Ma) on 08/22/2011
I prefer to drink the apple cider vinegar straight down without water and then I follow up with drinking 8 ounces of water. Is this harmfull and is there a reason to dilute in water?
