YES, spinach has lots of iron BUT it also has OXALATES so this iron is not absorbed. My husband has low iron anemia and started to eat scrambled eggs with spinach EVERYDAY. Two years and his iron even went down....Now he replaced spinach with sausage. Not tested yet but looks stronger ... and likes it better!

Organic blackstrap molasses (unsulphered) provides iron, and also dessicated liver capsules or eat liver if you like.
