If I squeeze fresh juice from a lemon, is it okay to sip that with water all day long? Someone told me that it should be drunk straight away otherwise it becomes more acidic or something. I would appreciate anyone's answer. Thanks.

Be sure to swish plain water around in your mouth after a sip of lemon water. Constant sipping of acidic lemon water will erode your tooth enamel and leave you vulnerable to cavities. I used to sip lemon water all day and after several months the enamel eroded at the gum line of my lower teeth. I had to have the eroded areas repaired
