I knew I had halitosis for so many years and God knows how much I have suffered because of this humiliating disease. I lost the girl I loved so much. I couldn't talk in front of people. I could sense based on people's reaction whenever I talk that my breath stinks as far as 10 feet away. I could hardly breath whenever I ride in a car with someone else because the malodor is there even if I don't talk (proof of my chronic condition - the odor comes not only from the mouth but from the nostril also). My job as an executive secretary involves a lot of talking to people, especially my bosses. Because of my stinking breath, I couldnt perform my job well, and the thought resigning has been hanging 'round my mind. I thought it's better to hide in the mountains where I can breath freely than to stay in the city where I feel I had no freedom to breathe.

I tried all kinds of toothpaste, mints, gums, mouthwashes, lemons, ginger, tea, water therapy, probiotics, dentist, EENT doctor, friends whom I knew had halitosis in the past, but nothing and no one was able to help. But thanks be to GOD, He led me to this site!!! Hydrogen Peroxide is His answer to my prayer for healing.

Knowing the severity of my condition, I started using HP 6% instead of 3% (1 tablespoon HP diluted with 5 tablespoon of water). My first time use was in the evening of April 24, 2009. I sensed how effective it was because the following morning, the foul odor is gone like magic! I intend to continue using it twice a day for a month, then will see if I can stop completely afterwards.

I can't thank you enough for this site. God has given me new life thru you. Thank YOU!! Thank GOD!!!

Answer to Joanne from Jakarta "HOW TO DILUTE 20% PEROXIDE FOR MOUTH WASH?"

You can dilute it to make a 1.5% solution. 1 vol of H2O2 @ 20% 12 vol of Distilled water will make a solution at about 1.5% i.e. 20%/13.

Formula for ratio of concentrated H2O2 to distilled water to produce a new concentration:

ratio = (OldConc/NewConc) -1

Ex: 20% -->10% requires 1 vol of H2O2 to 1 vol of Distilled water ( 20%/10%) -1 = 2 -1 = 1..

Ex 35% --> 3% requires 1 vol of H2O2 to 11 vol of Distilled water (35% / 3%) -1 = 12-1 = 11.

I've had Halitosis for a very long time. It so sad especially when it smelled like poo! People then get distance from me. I can't talk straight in the face of our friends. I can't even tell my boy friend I have it, though I can see that he fixes up his nose everytime we kiss. My family didn't know it as well but sometimes they also smell differently when I'm with them. Thankfully I got into this website. Iv tried several things and researched.

I realized probably its candida overgrowth. I am diabetic and has been taking medications since 18. My immune system is most of the time low or not in a normal state. I get usual tonsilitis, apthous ulcers and ailments, eventually taking up a lot of antibiotics. Probably all this have resulted me having chronic halitosis. I also checked my throat and have seen little tonsil stones. Will try to do light swabbing very very soon. Before, I brush almost 3-4x a day. Now ive reduced to 2x since Some say that excessive brushing is also not good for the mouth. Now, Ive tried the 50/50 diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide and it was miraculous! Yey! Even now that I woke up at 2am in the early morning, my breath does not smell. Ive tried licking the back of my wrist 3times and no smell. It usually stinks when I do it.

Unfortunately I now have acid refluxes. This may also contribute to bad breath. Im planning to undergo endoscopy and will share it again to you guys. Thank you so much Lord. Now I feel more free than ever! Just a question, I havent eaten after gargling HP since it is before bedtime. What about in the morning, does your mouth smell again after eating? Thanks a lot and I hope for replies. Thank you God for this website and thank you people for not losing hope. Lets stay healthy, eliminating sugar and slowing down carbs. Do exercising and dancing! God bless!

Hello,

Have you tried drinking the tea GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE? This is very helpful for diabetes, and also for yeast. It is helping me. I have yeast issues and breath issues. Gymnema sylvestre helps with cravings, blood sugar, and apparently helps people get of off diabetes medication. I have lost a touch of weight as those insane yeasty cravings are basically gone, and when I eat I feel satisfied. It hasn't helped the bb, but overall, it has helped me with the blood sugar issue, the cravings for carbs, sweets, etc. It apparently kills the fungal form of yeast.
