DISTILLED vinegar has been processed - with heat. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with the "mother" has not been processed as much. Heat KILLS good bacteria and enzymes in all foods. Therefore, over processed foods of any kind are NOT as good as the least processed comparable you can find. That's why fresh fruit is better than canned, bottled, jar, etc. fruit. So, NO distilled vinegar will noo work the same as Natural ACV with the mother in it. Besides, ACV is not expensive at all.Replied By Vinegretta (Veganlandia) on 08/27/2024
