HSV OUTBREAKS RELIEF: I AGREE WITH NOT USING ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS, AND WHOLE WHEATS EXCESSIVELY. TRY AN HERBAL CAPSULES CALLED PRUNELLA A.K.A SELF HEAL IT REALLY HELPS AND THEY ALSO HAVE AN OINTMENT CALLED HERPASIL WHICH IS VERY GOOD ALONG WITH H-BALM. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS

I took 3 caps of Prunella Vulgaris and 2 caps of Monolaurin and drank 1 glass of red wine a day for a few weeks. Have not had OB in 9 months.

Forgot to mention it is 3 caps Prunella and 2 caps of monolaurin 3 times a day for a few weeks
