From what I've read, Bovine Colostrum is the only natural available (and legal! ) source of Human Growth Hormone (HGH). I don't exactly know if it would help anyone grow taller, unless their stunted growth was due to malnutrition (as can happen with conditions like Leaky Gut) or hormonal imbalances. Colostrum is good for helping to correct both of those things, but you have to take enough of it. The dose on the bottle is the MINIMUM dose you should take and many people need much more. It's not toxic. It is the "premilk" after the calf is born and before the normal milk comes in. What is the right dose? This can vary widely from person to person, even within the same height/weight requirements. The two things I base it on is if I see health improvements, and if there is a "herxheimer reaction" or "healing crisis, " then I know I've reached the right dosage.Replied By Dianne (Tampa, Florida) on 10/02/2011
Edit to my previous reply: Colostrum is NOT the only natural source of hgh. You can also try deer antler velvet.
