5 out of 5 stars

We are in the middle of recovery from an ice storm. I am making lots of coffee and lattes for my my kids helping with recovery and others that show up. I have had a headache, neck pain and leg pain that was getting worse by the day.

On day three of this I discovered that I had accidentally been using decaf beans! I told the family and two other people said, No wonder I have a headache!

Maybe my pain was from coffee withdrawal. But maybe coffee is an anti-inflammatory. The internet says it is. Ha. Well, I am going to go with that. Yesterday afternoon I started back on coffee with caffeine. I have felt wonderful today.

Say what you will, coffee makes me happy. And happiness is good for your health. :)

Having Ehlers-Danlos, POTS, MCAS, TOS, Occipital Neuralgia and more, coffee can be a godsend.

Can't take meds. Even if I could, I like my brain too much to feel drugged. A glass of organic wine or one beer can take edge off, but too relaxing. I prefer a black cup-of-joe for it's pain relief and brain lift. One cup several times a week helps tremendously, but still start my days with green tea.
