5 out of 5 stars

One day, many months ago, I noticed an ugly, crusty place, about 1/4", roundish, on the skin over my collarbone. I put coconut oil(co) on it, prayed for help, and ignored it. It got bigger and became annoying.

I use a baking soda (bs) paste for insect stings, so thought maybe a bs paste would work against and heal this thing. I was so happy to read some info from this site and also watch a YT video of a woman who used ba and co for her bcc.

It's not yet been a week. I clean the area with ACV and apply the paste 3-4x/day. Ive thought it strange that cleaning and then applying the paste does not hurt.

Im happy that it seems to be pulling disgusting stuff up over the surface of my skin. I see some tiny amounts of blood. The disgusting stuff is white. The area is circular, about 1/2"?

Id read that others had theirs frozen and such and they came back! So, Im very willing to be patient and ride this out.

The spot is tender and it itches or stings at times, but no big deal, really.

Im very thankful for this site.

Is there a time in the future that I should quit the treatment for a day and let the area rest?.. or just continually keep at it?

Ill figure out how to update this post, as well.

Thank you .

This is Shelley again. I am trying to update my previous post. I did it the other day, but can't find an edit button this time.

I applied the baking soda/coconut oil for a week. Although the sensations were bearable, they were constant and I was looking to kill the thing or get some relief. I applied hydrogen peroxide, just the 3% kind, and that day it turned the area black and hard. Its been two days, now. Relief. It doesn't hurt AT ALL. Sigh. I'll continue with this for another 5 days. I treat it about 5x a day with the peroxide, and have now employed some medical tape with gauze pads cause the "bandaids" made my skin tender and red.

This is another update!

The black scab fell off. Yay! I then continued with the peroxide until the area healed some, and then began with the baking soda paste again! (I witnessed some more disgusting "white stuff" left in there and wanted to pull it out. ) I did the paste several times a day for another few days, then applied just peroxide for another few days. The area scabbed over again and came off! Yay!

Ill apply peroxide again now until it looks "calm" and then probably apply soda paste again. The area looks like its healing. It looks "good", clean, not so red or swollen, and a smaller diameter each week. I am very thankful to God for blessing the action of His medicines.

Update: It has been three weeks. This past week I had only applied peroxide with no coverings several times each day because the skin around the scab needed to heal from tape. Last evening, the third scab fell off. It showed beautiful healthy skin underneath. Praise God for His medicines. Of course, I've wiped the area with ACV anyway, and added a dab of bs/co paste. I want to be sure that it's alllll gone! But, I'm so thankful and happy.

What an awesome series of posts!!! I'm so glad you updated. Most of the posts here are very old & don't tell what happened.

I want to make sure I understand what you did

1) Clean with ACV
2) Baking Soda & Coconut oil Paste multiple x p/day 1 week
3) Peroxide
4) BS & CO paste alternating with Peroxide

I have quarter sized BCC on my shoulder that I"ve been ignoring, so will try your method & update as it goes. I really appreciate your posts & the ability (hopefully) to ask you questions. Thank you so so much!
