5 Ingredient Heart Tonic

Hello. Can anyone tell if this tonic will still be an effective detox with just honey, ACV, ginger, and garlic? I have Histamine Intolerance and citrius fruits are histamine liberators so I don't eat them. Is there another ingredient I can substitute. I am trying to clean my aorta artery with the heart tonic.

I use these cardio tonics:

Crataegus 3x, Gemmo Hawthorne and Cactus Grandiflorus. Not all at once of course. I order it from a homeopathic pharmacy.

These tonics are for strengthening a heart.

Isn't it better to use the 5 ingredients tonic in a raw unheated way? When we heat this ingredients, it kills some of the beneficial properties in them. Can I just juice them and drink in a raw state?

Citrus is probably added for the vitamin C, so some other form if Vitamin C is probably helpful.

Consider adding cayenne, boron and niacin.

Anti-fibrinolytics like natto, serrapeptase, ginger, etc, too.

Apple Cider Vinegar may exacerbate your histamine issue.

Caffeine suspends the body's normal detox and repair functions, so you may benefit from avoiding it.

Keep blood sugar low/moderate to avoid irritating blood vessels.

Parasite cleanse may be helpful.

Cooking the mix was probably meant to extend its shelf-life. There is probably no health benefit to cooking it.
