I tried ACV and cayenne in 3 oz of water but didn't see much improvement. I tried acupressure but still the headache persisted. What helped the most was the peppermint oil. Thanks EC Community.

I tried Apple Cider Vinegar in 8oz of water and waited but nothing helped. I tried everything I knew, showering, pressure on temples, chugging water but finally I tried the peppermint essential oil on the temples, I put some one my necks lymph nodes since they were throbbing too, I also rubbed across my forehead and put behind my neck. I only used two drops since its potent, I closed my eyes and waited and I feel intense relief now. I waited about ten minutes and now the pressure has finally lifted. I still feel the headache but the pain is gone! Maybe I can take a short nap now for more relief. Thanks you EC! I love you guys.

Thanks for the information. I love peppermint oil. It also works great for upset tummy.

I have gotten rid of a headache with lavender oil applied to the forehead. Works every time for me. Cheers.
