Inhaling Ozone has been demonized by the pharmaceutical industry for a good $$ reason. If people knew the spectacular health benefits of inhaling ozone it would put the drug companies out of business. Ozone does to your lungs what the sun does to your skin. Let your lungs slowly get used to breathing ozone and once it has adapted you can end up breathing it for hours. Please do not take my word for it. But do not be afraid of it: IT IS NOT A POISON, on the contrary... it will even cure cancer. I have 3 ozone machines in my home one for liquids and 2 for my health and the ill-health of spiders and bugs. And my wife and I breath it for at least 2-3 hours most days. I'm a 75 y/o retired MD and I've never felt so good since I found ozone.....for example, the 4 teeth a dentist insisted had to be extracted years ago are now PERFECTLY HEALTHY.

Zega, can you support your claims of harmlessly inhaling ozone with any evidence besides your own experience? I'm not asking to prove you wrong or to he spiteful, but asking for my own knowledge. I just got an ozone generator and I'm trying not to inhale any pure O3 based on the claims of most sources saying it's harmful for our lungs. I did accidentally inhale a huge whiff of it today while drinking ozonated water and it was extremely harsh. Hopefully you can provide some studies, anecdotal evidence or links. Thank you

@ Joe (Illinois)

I've been thinking about this subject for a few weeks. I grow up in the 70's and 80's. My parents and many other parents had (ozone clean air purifiers) in their homes. They were housed in a wooden looking box. You can search the internet and still find them. They ran 24/7. You could always smell the crisp clean electrical smell in the air. We breathed ozone in our lungs atleast 12 hours out of everyday. According to the internet… we should all be dead. So the internet LIES! So yes Zega is right.

I think he's referring to using an oil bubbler. In this method, ozone is passed through oil to produce ozonides, and the resulting vapor is then inhaled. It kills bacteria, fungi, and mold.
