The following study shows that Pumpkin Seed Oil (PSO) is useful in the treatment of Overactive Bladder (OAB), a very common health issue :

Pumpkin seed extract has been a lifesaver!! I take 2 tablets every morning to get me thru the day, particularly at work!!

I wonder if eating pepitas raw would be equivalent to taking the pumpkin seed oil. Just asking for mere male.

According to various internet sources, 4,000 milligrams of whole pumpkin seeds is equivalent to 1,000 milligrams of pumpkin seed oil. Another comparison is or around 1.5 tablespoons of shelled pumpkin seeds which are equivalent to 400 mg pumpkin seed oil.
