I've taken 1000 mg BHT a day for 46 years. I'm 83 and look 60.

Hi Tom (83), do you mean 1,000mg not 100mg. Capsules available are usually 180mg each, and not cheap at all.

That's it!! I'm starting BHT on a regular basis from now on. Maybe by the time I get to 80, I'll only look 70!! What formula do you use?

I would love to use BHT for anti-aging. However, all we've got is anecdotal evidence. Folks, the bottom line is that there is no scientific proof that BHT will extend your life.

A trial with 8 rats fed BHT from weaning produced a 45% increase in lifespan. The trial was done by Dr Denham Harman at the University of Nebraska in 1972.
