Using 3% H2O2, using 1/4 tsp., mix with 7 1/4 tsp of normal saline to equal a .1% solution. You can add 1 drop of 5% Lugol's solution to the nebulizer cup with the peroxide solution. I add a drop of 10% Povidine Iodine. Use only saline water, never just straight distilled water.
The past two weeks I've gotten some congestion and a slight dry cough, and so I have used this recipe two days in a row, each time I had symptoms, and within hours I start to feel better and within 24 hours I'm almost all better.

A Case for Hydrogen Peroxide Mouthwash, Gargle and Nasal Spray to Limit SARS-CoV-2 Infection
A retired professor, Andrews Seth Ayettey of the University of Ghana Medical School, College of Health Sciences West Africa, says research conducted by a team of medical scientists and doctors have proven the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide on Covid-19 virus.
The solution, according to Emeritus Prof Andrews Seth Ayettey, is safe to use in a low concentration and could be applied to reduce viral load in the oral and nasal cavities of Covid-19 patients and to inactivate the viruses they shed. Video interview here.
Professor Andrews Seth Ayettey told JoyNews' Samson Lardy on Newsfile, Saturday, that he recommended the use of hydrogen peroxide as immediate protection against the virus.
“I can say from what we have research and what we have found, the evidence we have so far clearly indicates that Hydrogen peroxide works.”
“We are, therefore, more emboldened to recommend the use of hydrogen peroxide to protect against Covid-19, alongside the public health protocols and other remedies being actively promoted by government, ” he said.
Highlighting on the usage of hydrogen peroxide, Prof Ayettey indicated that most of the hydrogen peroxide is six percent "so if you take one part of hydrogen peroxide and add five-part of water to it, you get 1 percent and you gaggle for one minute and you spit it out.
Again he added, "the one percent you prepared, take one part of it and add one part of water and that gives you 0.5 percent." This 0.5 percent, he added, can be used for nasal wash.
He further revealed that the one percent nebulised hydrogen peroxide that would reach all parts of the respiratory tract including the alveoli could prove helpful in the management of patients with early signs and symptoms of Covid-19.
Prof Seth Ayettey also encouraged pharmaceutical industries to start producing already concentrated hydrogen peroxide nasal sprays and oral sprays.

Many viruses have been found to be sensitive to hydrogen peroxide, including swine flu, rubella, rabies, and others [7], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16], [17], [18], [19], [20], [21]. Hydrogen peroxide solution of a concentration as little as 0.5% efficiently inactivates coronaviruses (e.g. SARS, MERS) on inanimate surfaces within 1 min [22]. Just buy saline pods for nebulisers and add 3-5 drops of HP. Available on Amazon. All treatments must be started on the 1st - 2nd day when symptoms appear to be effective.
Add baking soda protocol. You will fine it on EC site. There are other recent posts, including mine, where I describe in detail what, when, and how. don't use saline for eyes.
