Does anyone have recommendations on exactly what to buy that aligns with Ted's suggestions and where to get it?

You'll see though that all (or almost all?) sunflower lecithin comes in powder form, not granules. You can only find soy granules and I don't want soy.

That's the only one I can find in Sunflower but again, it's in 'powder' form not 'granules'. The only granules I find is soy. With that said, I guess it's safe to assume that when you start using lecithin consistently, you could get detox symptoms like hair loss, amongst other things, right?

… while he refers to granulated throughout, the end of his post says:
“Lecithin dose powdered or granulated is about 1 tablespoon a day, empty stomach or with meals are o.k.”
It is being de-fatted which he believes makes the granulated or powdered better than the liquid kind. Both granulated and powdered are de-fatted. A comparison of one brand's granulated soy lecithin versus the same brand's powdered sunflower lecithin indicates the same total fat in the sunflower version (just different amounts of poly vs mono), so powdered also has less of the fat that is Ted's concern with the liquid kind.
