5 out of 5 stars

One day a few years ago, I woke up to painful, hurting, achy body and bones. Every morning when I would get out of my bed the pain would pull me back down. I wondered if this was my welcome into old age, however most of the saints in my church in their eighties are very agile and had no problems sitting or standing, and here I was in my middle 60's and had trouble getting out of my seat because of aching bones.

On the suggestion of Sir R.H., I read a book on high dose vitamin D3. When I began taking the vitamin D3, it was an overnight miracle. I started at 10 IU and worked my way up to 50 IU a day, then back down to 10 IU. I also took K2 along with it, per the book's advice. Long story short, the very next day after first high dose Vitamin D3 , when I woke up in the morning I arose up with no pain. I was amazed. That was about four years ago, I still take my Vitamin D3. Now I can skip a few day and still get out of chair or bed without achy body. Ha, ha, ha, now I can compete with the seniors.

Do you mean 10,000 IU and 50,000 IU of vitamin D3? Because I take 10,000 IU daily and don't see much of a difference.

Thank you so much for sharing this, HisJewel! Am taking vitamin D but apparently need to add the K2. I read this a while back and forgot about having to add the K2. Am so happy to hear you are feeling better and was able to control your fibromyalgia naturally. Yes, God loves us so much and cares about our aches and pains, ❤️.

Hi Jewel! Thanks for sharing! I have 2 questions. The 1st is the same question as Sandra : you say you took high dose vitamin D with k2. You stated " I began taking the vitamin D3, it was an overnight miracle. I started at 10 IU and worked my way up to 50 IU a day, "- did you mean 10,000 IU and worked your way all the way up to 50,000 IU?

2nd question: would you please share the name of the book that R. H suggested? (Who is R.H.?)

Greetings Jacqueline of El Paso TX,

Oh my goodness gracious, I wonder how many post I have missed, so sorry I missed some post.

And, thank you all for the corrections, yes I started with 10,000IU. I went up to as much as 50,000 IU of D3 with vitamin k2. If I recall correctly, the suggestion was 100mg of k2 for each 10,000 IU of D3 serving.

As I recall the first time I took one 10,000 D3 vitamin, I surprised myself the next morning, I had an automatic stretch upon waking, and the other surprise was I was on feet without thinking. As far as I can remember, at least 10,000 Vitamin D3 daily and up to 50,000 IU a week was truly the end of my overall body aches and stiffness.

I have run into Polyps with lower pain since then, but that had a different remedy, however; D3 with k2 was the answer to my fibromyalgia. Robert Henry a faithful poster on Earth Clinic mentioned the book the Vitamin D3 Miracle book by Jeff Bowles I guess somewhere in 2017.

The author Jeff T. Bowles also checks his D3 levels regularly, .

This is his book :

I know this ebook will help at least a few, it sure helped me.

You have to be careful taking too much Vit. D-3 because I tried that and it caused kidney stones and I had to have an operation.

HI Betty, I read a article about vit D that said when you take a shower and soap up your enter body you are washing the oil off your body. The body takes 48 hours to replace the natural oil on your skin, which the body needs to make vit D from the sun.The article advises you should only use soap on your armpits, under breast and your pee and poop area. You should always take vit D with some kind of fat, cheese, wholemilk yogurt etc .Hope this helps
