I normally always use pine oil or gum turpentine from Pinus sylvestris (Scot's pine) which is a European variety of pine -- I don't think this variety of pine is classified as 'white pine'. And if you want to test whether you are allergic to the pine oil or turpentine then just put a drop or two in the cook of your arm and rub it in. Wait a few hours and then check the area again. And if there is no inflammation, soreness or itching then you are not allergic to that oil. And when you start supplementing gum turpentine you should always start with a smaller dosage and slowly work up to the normal recommended dosage (usually 1 tspn).
You could also just take my recommended anti-candida protocol and just not take the gum turpentine in the protocol if you prefer. The other ingredients -- Lugols Iodine, Borax and Alkalizing are very strong anti-fungals in their own right and should help to clear your systemic candida problem.
My anti-candida protocol is here:

Thanks so much for your reply, Bill. I have done much of the candida protocol, But I have a lot of detox. Sometimes it isn't very manageable so I had to slow down. The real problem is that I have heavy metals and need to chelate. I have started chelation Slowly so I can manage it while working. I have also started the Iodine protocol and it is helped a lot. I am at 50 mg a day, for the last week and just having a little detox so I'm backing off some. The great thing about iodine is that you just don't get the big detox that you get with borax. I also do hyperbaric chamber and foot bath once a week, after my chelator. Many thanks for your contributions here on Earth Clinic.
