It was 1990 and I was visiting a friend across town when his neighbor came over. He was in his late 30's and had been diagnosis with stomach cancer. He had no health insurance. His aunt was a âmennoniteâ and she suggested he drink âa cap-fullâ (the cap from the bottle) of hydrogen peroxide 3% brown bottle in a full glass of water everyday. About a month and a half had pasted before I saw him again. I asked him how his peroxide tea was going and he said he had got his labs back from the Dr. and he was cured.
Now, before all you brown bottle haters jump in on my post, this was 1990. We had never heard of food grade HP. To us, peroxide was, well peroxide. It was all we had available to us.

In the alternative health field, the maximum is actually 0.5% concentration. Actually and optimum H2O2 concentration was first determined in 1950s by Dr. Reginald Holman by implanting Walker 256 adenocarcinoma tumors. The drinking water for the rat used H2O2 optimum concentration needed to kill the tumors was about 0.45 percent.
Tumors completely disappeared in 15 to 60 days in the rats.

Rats implanted with the Walker 256 adeno-carcinoma were treated by simply replacing their drinking water with dilute solutions of commercial hydrogen peroxide (Laporte Chemicals, Ltd., London), and maintaining them on a normal diet. The optimal concentration has been found to be 0.45 per cent by weight and with the rats being housed in metal cages (ten animals per cage) the rate of cure is on the average 50-60 per cent. The time taken for complete disappearance of the tumour is usually 15 – 60 days. This, of course, depends on the size of the tumour when treatment is started. So far, 72 rats have been cured; they are now back on tap water and normal diet, and will be maintained in this manner for the rest of their natural lives. Ten of these rats have been cured for more than two months; their condition is excellent and there is no sign of recurrence of the tumour.

Rob, I looked it up. There were two follow up studies and neither showed any improvement rats at that concentration. I calculated that to reach that concentration for a human being, you'd have to put 61 drops of 35% H2O2 into 8 oz water which I don't think is safe for a human. The most I recall people drinking 16 drops to a glass. Do you know any more on this topic?

@ VeraTo my knowledge, the H2O2 used in Dr. Reginald Holman 1957 study was 3% diluted down to 0.45%. (Which translate to 1:59 or 60 if you are rounding up, If I were going to use 35%. And one capful “80 drops 3%”, yes I counted it, into 8oz water is about right, 80 drops 3% div by 11:1 dilution ratio to get 35% reversed = translate to 7.27 drops of 35% give or take). I've spoken to people that take upto 20 drops 35% in water daily and he was 86 years old. I don't know of the follow-up studies you are referring to (if they were even conducted legitimately). The Amish and Mennonites have been using this method for over 70+ years. You can not change their minds either about H2O2 internal consumption. They may seem like simple people on the outside but they conduct all day classes that the whole community attends to educate their follower's. I'm sure they have seen first hand what it can do just like I have.
Claims that hydrogen peroxide can treat or cure cancer date back to the early 1930s when a German doctor Otto Heinrich Warburg (won a Nobel Peace Prize for his work) discovered that cancer cells could grow successfully without oxygen. As a result of his discovery, other researchers began to hypothesize that low oxygen levels lead to cancer development. That is why cancer patients are given O2 machines to oxygenate their blood even today.
Dr. Otto Warburg demonstrated OVER 95+ YEARS AGO the basic difference between normal cells and cancer cells. Both derive energy from glucose, but the normal cell requires oxygen to combine with the glucose, while cancer cells break down glucose without oxygen, yielding only about 1/15 of the energy per glucose molecule that a normal cell produces. This is why cancer cells have such a huge appetite for sugar and why people who are obese get cancer more often. It's called the "biochemical cascade."
Some researchers believed that providing an abundance of oxygen to cancer cells might cure the cancer, so they began to look into how compounds, such as hydrogen peroxide, affected cancer cells.
Hydrogen peroxide therapy works by oxygenating the body, or adding more oxygen to the blood stream. Dr. Otto Warburg theorized in his Nobel Prize winning work that diseases, including cancer, could only survive in an oxygen depleted environment. By adding more oxygen back into the body, it creates an environment where diseases, including cancer, cannot live.
The use of hydrogen peroxide for therapeutic benefits was first reported 170 years ago during the reign of Queen Victoria. Minute amounts were added to drinking water to cure both common and more serious diseases. During World War I, it was used intravenously to successfully treat pneumonia. Over the years, it has been studied at medical research centers around the world including, Yale University, University of California-Los Angeles and Harvard University.
Cancer thrives in an acid-heavy system, where the blood and the organs are flooded with processed salt, sugar, animal fat and artificial food. The heart and brain struggle to filter out the toxins found in most conventional forms of food, like antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, bleach, ammonia, fluoride, heavy metals and much more. This is why the doctors and oncologists tell chemo patients not to eat alkalizing foods like kale, because it will "interfere with the chemotherapy." They thrive in the absence of oxygen, but cannot survive with an abundance of oxygen. Even cancer cells cannot exist in oxygen. They depend on fermenting glucose to survive and multiply."

Oh wow, I did not realize Holman used a 3% solution. That makes more sense -- appreciate the feedback.AI tells me that to get a 0.45 dilution is as follows: To make a 0.45% hydrogen peroxide solution in an 8 oz (237 ml) cup of water, you need to add approximately 3.7 drops of 3% H₂O₂.
