I'm sorry I did not see your post. We just put about a cup in a large kettle and make a tea and he soaked his foot in it. And would do that throughout the day with the same tea just rewarmed it up each time.

Hi JoCarol,May I ask:
1. Did you use comfrey leaf or root?
2. Was the comfrey powdered or cut and sifted?
3. How much and what type of water did you pour over the 1 cup quantity/volume of comfrey?
4. For how many minutes did you leave the large tea to soak?
4B. did you cover the tea while it was soaking??
For how many minutes did he soak his feet?
5. How often, how many times per day did he reheat the tea and soak his foot?
5B. At what temperature should the tea be reheated in order to soak the feet?
5C. While the tea is not used, should it be covered?
-----------
6. Which brand of apple cider vinegar did he use?
7. How much apple cider vinegar did he add to this large tea?
8. Do you think this tea would of worked without the apple cider vinegar added to it or the ACV is mandatory for a 24 hour 100% recovery of a sprained ankle?
Thank you
