Monolaurin

My doctor recommended this for viruses and it was effective when I recently felt a cold beginning.

I googled "monolaurin Coronavirus" and found an article that stated monolaurin is effective against coronavirus which was written in 2012. Hopefully it will work against this Novel or Covid virus. You can buy monolaurin online.

Monolaurin is derived from coconut oil. My understanding is that this is the active ingredient that dissolves the fatty coating of the coronavirus cells. My doctor recommended 300 mg as a preventative and 2400 mg (divided into 3 or 4 doses throughout the day) if you have symptoms. He said he had 3 Covid patients and it worked for them.

Coconut oil is easily taken in by the skin which is your largest organ. I use it after my shower most days. I had a lot of old oil and I heard the Lord tell me to start putting it on my skin a while back. I use a tablespoon Coconut oil is anti viral, anti fungal, anti microbial, and anti bacterial. The liver does not have to break it down like other oils. Bruce Fife wrote some great books on the benefits of this oil. I learned a lot. I put some on my hand that has been working way to hard outside this past few weeks and is worn and torn. Then I put a nice latex glove on it. Hope all the sores and pain stop NOW. Wrapped my sore toe in a comfrey leaf. Lots more work to get done before summer heats up. Hope all of you have a safe and Reflective fourth of JULY for We are FREE. Blessings, Charity
