I checked Earth Clinic for pinguecula remedies but none came up. I searched pterygium and saw many good results with Apple Cider vinegar so I thought I'd try it.

Ive had a small pinguecula in my right eye for a few years now and a slightly larger one in my left eye. They would occasionally become irritated and itchy but for me I mostly hated the look of them! I felt self conscious of my eyes and didn't like that they always seemed yellowish and not clear.

I used the diluted Apple Cider Vinegar as directed on the website. (1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar plus 3 teaspoons distilled or filtered water) 1-2 drops in each eye 2-3 times a day.

It stings!! But only for a few seconds. At first I thought "Oh gosh, what have I done!?"

BUT!!!

It works!!! 3 weeks later one is completely gone, and the other one is nothing but A mere speck! Completely unnoticeable unless I look very closely! My eyes are clear and really white again. I am so happy!!

Hi, I was wondering if you keep the solution at room temperature or store it in the fridge?

I had mine at room temp- next to the bathroom sink to remind me to put them in! Perhaps keeping them in the fridge might lessen the sting? Not sure.
