This is my story. MARGARET D. STORY.

Please feel free to share.

I feel the responsibility of sharing my story, because someone out there, might benefit from it.

A couple of months ago, an ultrasound test indicated an ovarian cyst on my left ovary. A complex one. For those who are not too familiar with the term, a complex ovarian cysts, is not a result of the menstrual cycle process as a "simple" ovarian cyst might be. A complex ovarian cysts can result in overgrowth, leading to further complications. This also includes the risk of ovarian cancer.

My cyst was largely replacing the left ovary. That's why, the surgery topic was imminent to avoid future complications. My right ovary was affected too by a "simple cyst".

In one of my conversations with the doctor, I asked her if there was any other way to get rid of the problem to avoid surgery. Sadly she said "no". My left ovary was going to be removed as well.

An MRI was performed as well. The cyst actually was getting bigger.

My brain was set up for surgery. But while waiting for my insurance to approve the procedure, I started to overthink: What if I can get rid of the cyst with natural alternatives?

After hours, and hours of research, and after reading testimonies after testimonies, I decided to try it. Why not? I didn't want to go though surgery PERIOD!!

I came across Apple Cider Vinegar, molasses, Echinacea and Dong Quai.

The dosage:

1 spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 spoon of molasses. Mix together on a 4 to 5oz of warm water, early in the morning on empty stomach. The same dosage before going to bed every night.

3 Echinacea pills, plus 2 Dong Quai pills. Up to 3 times a day.

I did this for a 3 week period without missing any dosage.

Note: if you are taking any blood thinner, need to take precautions with the Dong Quai. And if you are suffering from cancer as well. Try to reduce or eliminate the consumption of aspirin. Stop taking Dong Quai during your menstrual cycle. If you are pregnant, consult your doctor first.

Update:

My last trans abdominal and trans vaginal ultrasound was performed August 9, 2017 and got the results on August 16, 2017.

Results: No indications of either cysts. Not even a trace. CYSTS ARE GONE!!

I hope this information can help you or can help anyone you know that is going through the same or similar situation.

If it worked for me, can work for someone else. Keep the faith and GO FOR IT!

Hi Margaret, thank you for sharing your post/story. I have almost your same situation and am worried about the one complex cyst turning into cancer. I just had another ultrasound and in 6 weeks it had grown a little. Not good. My GYN doesn't seem to be as worried as I am. I'm turning 60 this week and am in menopause so these kinds of things seem more scary. I don't want surgery either. I've had cysts since my teens. I'm anxious/excited to try this. :) Is it possible for you to let me know the dosages of the supplements? Thank you. I'll let you know if your remedy gets rid of my cyst. I've had this one for years :(. Ordering supplements tomorrow. Thanks again for posting your story! :) If it works, I'll be sharing your story for sure. Especially, with my daughter who has issues as well and is trying to conceive. Congrats on the success. Hope it works for me! Hugs.

Hey,

What's the dosage of the herbs you took? How long did you have the cysts before you took all these supplements?
Thank you.

Till this day, year 2020, my last ultrasound showed no signs of ovarian cysts or uterine fibroids, thank God! I try to do this treatment at leat 3 times a year.

Hi Margaret,

Thanks for sharing. please, I am 37 with no kids yet. I wish to have kids. Please, do you think these 3 Echinacea pills, plus 2 Dong Quai pills will not have any effect on me for fertility. Thanks for your help and prompt response. I have been scheduled for pre-op but I dont want it.

Hi there Amy. Good afternoon.

Taking these supplements has been shown to help with fertility. By the way, this same treatment was taken by my daughter's friend who was having problems conceiving due to multiple ovarian cysts and other reproductive system issues. She got pregnant and she gave birth to a beautiful baby. That was over a year ago.

One of my sister's friends, pretty young as well, had a miscarriage a whild ago. I don't know the details but she was also suffering from multiple cysts as well. My sister suggested to follow the same treatment and after taking it and testing all her cysts disappeared.

Since 2017 I haven't got any more cysts and no signs of uterine fibroid. When they first discovered the fibroid the doctor said to me that it was about the size of a golf ball.

Like I always say, it doesn't hurt to try. Just be cautious about taking the Dong Quai while having your period because it might make you bleed more, because of the anticoagulant properties. And obviously, stop taking prior to any type of surgery as the doctors say with aspirin, etc.

Please keep me updated. I love to hear about the positive testimonials that way I will keep sharing.

Have a good day. Blessings!

Margaret,

THANK YOU for your prompt response. GOD WILL CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU MORE. I had a miscarriage in March 2021. That was when the ovarian cyst and fibroid inside my uterus and outside my uterus were found. But it kept getting bigger and learned it is complex. My CA 125 is above normal.

I just ordered both this evening. Hopefully, to be delivered before Sunday. I just started beetroot, molasses, ACV 3 days ago. My period came immediately the following day.

Please, can you share the brand name of the Dong Quai and Echinacea that is really good? I got nature way for Dong Guai and Hoorbach for the Echinacea.

I pray it works for me. I have been praying against surgery.

Good afternoon! My pleasure.

Very sorry to hear about your past experience. I can only imagine the pain. But keep the faith and stay positive.

The brand I used was Dong Quai Root, 1,130 mg, 100 Vegan Capsules by NATURE'S WAY. The Echinacea was also the same brand, Purpurea Herb 400mg.

About a year ago, I also added to my treatment, Vitex Fruit, 400 mg, 100 Vegan Capsules, also by Nature's Way. The testimonials from this herb are impressive. You can take it in conjunction with the Dong Quai, and the Echinacea.

Hope this information will help you. Please, please keep me updated .

Have a wonderful, blessed day.

Hi Margaret,

I have started taking the supplements. I stopped eating regular foods except for vegetables and fruits. I drink a lot of water. I have been feeling a little bit pains on that spot but can be ignored.

Please, I know 2017 was a long time ago. Do you remember if you felt constipated? I am so constipated. I have to been eating much of pear and grapefruits before I am able to get Bowel Movement.

Hi, good evening!

Honestly l don't remember and can not recall being constipated while taking the supplements or following the treatment when I usually do twice a year.

So basically you are feeling changes in your bowel movements since you started? Did you suffered from constipation in the past? The "little bit of pain" as you referred can be caused by the constipation as well.

If anything, molasses is well known for encouraging a gentle bowel movement. Try to add a little bit more to your daily intake. Dried prunes or prune juice is excellent for treating constipation as well.

Give it a try to see. Do you have any pelvic, transvaginal testing scheduled to be done soon?

Thanks Magaret,

I blended some oranges, beetroots, garlic, ginger, blackstrap molasses, ACV. Sis, it worked for my constipation. I am so relieved.

My supplements are listed here: Echinacea, Dong Quai, Vitex, Maca, DIM.

Meanwhile, my sleeping habit has really changed. I sleep really well. I usually wake up in the middle of the night but I don't anymore. I eat more of green leaves plus oatmeal and beans.

I pray everything works for me. I will surely update you.

I appreciate sis.

Good to know!

I'm glad to know your constipation is gone and that you are sleeping better.

I will definitely be waiting for some good news after your next check up.

Have a wonderful rest of the day 😊

Margaret, Thank you for your testimonial. Could you clarify that you took 1,130 mg of Dong Quai Root 3 times a day? And 400 mg of Echinacea Purpurea Herb 3 times a day?

Or was the TOTAL PER DAY 1,130mg and 400mg respectively?

Thank you so much!

Hi Dyon,

I remember watching a video interview with a leading Naturopath, Dr. L. Coldwell.

In the topic you are talking about, the Dr. said to use a baking soda rinse. In no time it will be gone. Remember Baking Soda NOT Baking Powder.

Good luck Dyon

Please read up on Lugol's iodine (or iodoral) for ovarian cysts. You can find info from Dr. Brownstein, an expert on iodine and glandular disorders, including ovarian cysts. Lugol's drops will be much cheaper than iodoral tablets. I believe the recommended starting dosage is typically 25-100 mg a day until iodine deficiency is treated. Ovarian cysts can sometimes disappear without any medical intervention.
