Hello Amanda! I haven't taken borax internally yet, bc I am new to using it and a little nervous. However after seeing a post on telegram about doing a detox bath with epsom salt, baking soda, and borax, I did one. I experienced the red face immediately after. Can you pls explain more about that? I have seen posts about this detox bath. what is the dosage of each item in the bath? I took a bath with a fourth of a cup of borax last night after experiencing a day of a pretty bad cold. Today I feel pretty good and I didn't have any bad reactions.
