Amber. Our experience with bulging discs was horrible.

Ken could not work we went to several specialists.

Here is how we cured it.

First 1/2 tsp of baking soda reacted with apple cider vinegar add 1/2 glass of water and drink 1/2 hour after meals 2x a day 5 days out of seven. You can substitute 1 whole squeezed lime for acv. But Apple Cider Vinegar really helps pain but we alternate both. This improves digestion and circulation which his meds have most likely disrupted.

Hyaluronic acid we by in powder (expensive) or capsules from vitaminsbecause online. The are easiest to use and reliably clean and affordable.

10 capsules in a blender we use oster..8 to 10 oz of spring water 1/4 tsp of sea salt. Blend 10 or 15 seconds oster fits mason or ball jars then you just cap and store in frig. Apply to spine. It spoils after about a week and then remake. You can take 2 tbsp in water or Take 3 caps 3 or 4 x a day. This hydrates the spine and improves bone health

Remove all fluoride from his life.

Easiest way for men 1/4 tsp 1/8 tsp women of 20 mule team borax in 1 liter of water. To be used through the day in drinks like tea etc. I use mine in coffee making as it tastes icky unless ice cold. Adding lemon to water is another. 4 days out of 7. Displacing fluoride in bones is critical to healing. Many pain meds and antibiotics have fluoride in them so most likely he has much in his system.

Remove chlorine from environment and drinking water. In tub use fish tank dechlorinator. I buy sea chem 1 cap for 50 gallons. I buy sodium thiosulfate crystals from photographers supply on amazon or ebay if he showers. He takes one before showering. It also improves sleep. It also helps with overall pain management. 1 crystal a day removes chlorine.

If he can soak in tub is best but this can also be used with towels soaked and placed on back. 1/2 the tub recipe in bucket. 20minutes soak or application. Recipe...2 cups epsom salts for magnesium through skin 1 cup borax to displace more fluoride and add non acidic boron through skin 1 cap fish tank dechlorinator 1 cup hydrogen peroxide to oxygenate blood which improve healing.

Topical treatment. Buy magnesium flakes for spas sold at some health food stores or online. Put 60 % flakes in clean jar add 40 % mineral water. Let sit an hour shake you now have mag oil. Apply to spine this will sting some people so I put castor oil on first and then mag oil. The reason it stings is body is so low on mag this goes away after levels are up. Buy dmso online or farm co op. Back must be clean before starting this as dmso carries everything in. Add this to spine this will drive the mag oil through skin directly to spine. Some people smell of garlic after using dmso. Then this becomes an evening remedy. But we have not had a problem as everyone is different.

Tumeric drinks or pills help pain.

Supplements

5 drops of mag oil in water 2x a day. This is relieving to many on pain meds as it helps constipation. But if he is a more runny stool person then magnesium malate which provides more malic acid to further pain relief.

Sodium ascorbate powder online or vitamin shoppe is vitamin c reacted with baking soda for optimal absorption. I add 1/2 tsp to each Apple Cider Vinegar or lime drink.

These things will get pain under control. To then deal with getting off meds etc.

Ken was in crazy pain and his meds hardly helped. But he had to have something. Within 3 days he was able to slowly wean off them. His whole health picture changed. Everyone is different.

The thing that really helped that and overall health was niacinamide. This is a godsend to relieve every aspect of health Ken took 1000mg. Several x a day through this as it helps digestion circulation depression anger impatience infection weaning off meds it only lasts in body 24 hours is a water soluable vitamin.

B comlex the only one on the market that has all the optimal and correct bs is swansons high dose activated b. 3x a week. Second choice is b-right. But I invest in the swansons for its overall health impact. It is energy and healing.

Selenium yeast 200mcg a day

Vitamin d3 in coconut oil from Solaray. 10,000 iu a day.

K2 from natto 200mg a day. This helps calcium go into the bone where it belongs and out of circulation.

Ideally I listed the things in order of importance. But we were not this organized to start. But you do what you can. With what you have to further his health and pain management.

Ken now works 12 hours a day 7 days a week as an industrial electrician climbing in and out of robots. Up and down ladders. He is healthy and pain free. We keep up with it to keep him in good working order. Ken is 60 years old.

There are many more bone and joint nutrients and as long as I keep researching, the list gets bigger. Calcium 1500 mg, magnesium 400-800 mg, phosphorus 300 mg, boron 2 mg, copper 2 mg, zinc 15-50 mg, (copper and zinc work as a team, and calcium/magnesium do too, but really, in this list there are an amazing number of team members, ), vitamin D 10,000 IU (look up Dr Sarfraz Zaidi's book the Power of Vitamin D- his practice is in Ventura, plenty of sun, he began to routinely test blood levels of D, only ONE of his patients had optimal levels - she was a lifeguard, in the sun 5 hours a day, 5 days a week in a swimsuit.- 15 mins on the arms a day is NOT going to cut it, but taking his case studies as a whole, most patients averaged out to need about 10,000 iu of oral D daily to have optimal blood levels.), vitamin K2 (5000 mcg of MK4 or 200 mcg of MK7 per like 1000 iu of vitamin D- another team), lysine, and now gelatin and collagen, don't forget collagen type II.

Janet, thanks for sharing your back pain method. Did you use all the supplents mentioned everyday & do you still use them everyday and do you know whether his disc regenerated after using your wonderful supplements method? Sorry for so many questions, but I want to try this on my hubby who started suffering with lower back pain about 4 months ago & it has gotten so bad that he has taken a week off to just let his back & legs rest. On his job, for the past 5 yrs he operates a tow motor (hope I spelled that correctly) & sets a lot during the day on a hard seat. He has turned sixty & desire to work a little longer, if his back will allow him to. What diet change did you make if any? I truely believe the right foods makes all the difference in healing your body. Oh, the magnesium oil that you said you put 5 drops of in water, is that the same Magnesium oil that you buy to rub on your skin?

Yes, that is my basic remedy. Still.

Highlighting the pain management, the most effective pain relief component is fluoride removal. 1/4 tsp of borax, for men, in 1 liter of water, 4 days out of 7. Even if your water is clean. Manufacturers and stores are not.

Mag oil is the same. Topical or internal. You can supplement capsules, not pills. Mag malate, for runny stool types, citrate for constipated types. But we used the oil in water at the beginning.

Food, this change was over time but we adhere to it. Life changing changes.

Eliminate:

  • Aspartame
  • MSG
  • GMOs
  • Gluten
  • Fluoride
  • Chlorine, acts as chlorine steam in shower and bath. Protecting lungs and heart by elimination. See Teds information. Sodium thiosulphate.
  • Titanium dioxide, a common additive, whitener in supplements, a nano particle, it can undo any benefit you might see from a nutrient.
  • Coated cooking pans
  • Aluminum, another undoer, deadly to brains
  • Plastics
  • Table salt, use sea salt for its outstanding amount of trace minerals, to enrich your efforts
  • Vegetable oils, use butter or coconut oil instead.

The b complex I mentioned, or dessicated liver capsules. High in b vitamins, loaded with Amino's and enzymes, enhanced digestion.

At 60 we use both of teds alkalizing drinks 2 x a day. 1/2 hour after food, 5 days out of 7. The 1 whole lime, or 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, reacted in a glass with 1/2 tsp baking soda. Let fizz. Add 1/2 glass of water and drink. Alternating the 2.

If it is in the small of his back, Ted has mentioned that it can be mycoplasma or a viral type problem. Then we use Teds lysine remedy. I had to simplify making this as we are a big family, making each separately was impossible. This is a virus killer. So is Teds h2o2 and baking soda remedy. 1 capful of food grade h2o2 in a glass of spring water, add 1/2 tsp baking soda and sip it. Either one.

This is the one we used in the beginning though.

3 spring water bottles, pour off 1/3 into a large measuring cup. Then pour another inch into the drain. In measuring cup. Add 1200 mg l lysine, 3000 mg of l threonine, 10 to 12 drops of methylene blue. 3000 mg sodium ascorbate, vitamin c. Whisk until dissolved. Pour back into bottles. Mark each with 4 equal lines, store in frig.

Take 1 marked dose 1x an hour for 4 hours in am. We have and 3rd shift schedule. So we accommodate the timing as best we can.

Methylene blue, from aquarium suppliers. It comes as a powder in a bottle. This stains, work on a glass plate. Vitamin c takes the stain awayaway, if spilled. Fill original bottle with distilled water carefully to first rim. Cap and shake. In a glass dropper bottle, almost fill with distilled water, using dropper add 2 droppers of m.b. cap and shake. Cap original bottle, save for refills. Leave some room for dropper to be put back in bottle.

Magnesium oil, 60% mag flakes, 40% spring water, in a mason jar. Let stand 1 hour. Cap and shake. I buy 16 oz spray bottles and fill those.

Castor oil pack. 5 folds of cotton flannel. In a ziploc, put fabric, add castor oil, use bag as squeegee to pull out. Spray with mag oil. Lay on old towel. Add pack, then saran, then heating pad on medium 20 minute. As often as possible.

We found that a 1 inch square of 5% lugols iodine painted on skin near area of pain, seems to boost pain relief.

Otherwise using Ted's iodine foot painting at bed time.

The most pain relief, removing fluoride, castor oil pack, Ted's alkalizing drinks. Ken did not have time to sit with packs all the time. I just put ingredients directly on his back. Let them soak in and wiped away excess so he could go.

Mag oil on feet before bed. Square of iodine.
