I started by making 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar and 3 part water. I would put drops into the affected eye. I tried this for about 6 months. Size of the pterygiun dropped. Wanna tell you something today. 2 weeks ago I started drinking Acv, one glass of water warm with 2 table spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar first thing in the morning and at bedtime.
Whaasaa results were shocking. Black part of the eye is coming out after 7 years. I have put my glasses away.... Unbelievable.

Maybe out of frustration I returned to ACV drops just recently like 2 wks ago. To handle the stinging effect I diluted 10 parts distilled water and 1 part ACV. With this dilution I can somehow manage it and my eye is so much normal than before. The pterygium has shrunk a lil bit bit but its still there though. I've actually been documenting my treatment from the very beginning. Taking pictures of my eye during the castor oil and ACV treatment and in the process making comparison. At the moment, the pterygium has reached the cornea a few millimeters. With your wonderful news it has given me hope and maybe the rest of the people here who also suffers from this disease who doesn't want to undergo an operation due to its negative feedbacks from patients. Thank you ray!

I would try 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar added to 3 tablespoons of distilled or spring water. Use an eyedropper to drop a few drops into your eye. A straw works if you do not have an eyedropper.
You can also add a teaspoon to a glass of water to take internally once or twice a day to help heal from the inside out.

And if so why you don't use the mix like the site suggests, 1 tsp vinegar to 1 cup of water.
Thanks

This is a reply to Khadija of Belgium;
What I do to save time is that I make my formulation using the 2 used eyedropper prescribed by my opta before. Before anything else, I sterilize it together with the dropper to prevent contamination. I also use forceps in removing them from the pot. I usually wait for a couple of minutes to let it cool off a bit so as not to alter the state of the acv. I then make a mark on the dropper of which I will use in making the 3:1 formulation of Apple Cider Vinegar & distilled water.

Thank you for answer my question. I used that ACV and I don't see the different. You must used ACV with the mother and raw? Because we don't haven't here in belgium.

If it took years for the pterygium to grow, it will also take some time for the ACV to do its work. I first started with the 8:1 (distilled water: acv) formulation cuz I couldn't stand the stinging effect. Then 5:1 after 2 mos and now 3:1. I guess my eyes got used to it cuz it doesn't sting that much anymore. And to tell you the truth, it feels so much much better now. Its been months now since my eyes were red. Pinguecula is the precursor of pterygium. They are very much similar my doctor says.
If you do not have available Apple Cider Vinegar in your area, try to get it online. A liter is really cheap which you could use for a whole year. I hope this helps.
Keep me posted!!!
Best regards....
Timmy

Hi guys, I have pterygium in both eyes been using the Apple Cider Vinegar drops in eyes for 7 months. The irritation and redness have subsided but still have the clear blob on my iris that hasnt gone yet. How is your pterygium doing?
