Certain things like ginger have been useful, but every time I made progress it would seem to reverse with the smallest damage and recently I had a long bone like scarring appear along the entire length of my penis along the top. Curvature was around 45 degrees.
I discovered castor oil by chance after trying it for an eye problem and casually looking to see if it could help with Peyronies. I was hesitant to try because I know it promotes collagen and we have quite enough of that already with Peyronies, but it's been really, really good so far.
All of that hardened bone like scarring has gone after just two weeks and I cannot feel any at the top or bottom. In the middle there is still a fairly big chunk but it's much softer than before and the upward curvature has dropped to around 20 degrees.
I've been soaking the penis in a thick layer of cold pressed castor oil and then waiting a few minutes for it to partially absorb before applying a fur covered hot water bottle like kids often have that has been allowed to cool for about 20 minutes just to take the edge off the heat. I then leave it in place for up to 3 hours and it maintains a good temperature without burning if I keep it under loose tracksuit bottoms and a T-Shirt.
I do this twice a day and intend to keep going. I've had a couple false dawns in the past where I thought things would work and then progress stalled, but this seems really promising and it's so cheap. It may take months or never work entirely but so far it's about the best thing I've tried and much better than anything the doctors prescribed like Pentox.

Make sure you use hexane free or cold pressed castor oil.

Paris:
Sorry for the late reply, but I've only just seen this. I am still not 100% Peyronies free at this stage, but it's down to around 10 degrees and the scarring is very jelly like with low levels of inflammation overall. I am continuing with the castor oil, but simply applying it and leaving it to absorb, which I do a couple times a day. There have been a couple occasions when I wasn't able to use castor oil for a few days and I then saw the scarring harden quite quickly, so something is definitely happening here and you need to keep going. It can be useful to apply heat first for say an hour using a hot covered hot water bottle, however I found that if the bottle is too hot it can actually cause damage. After a lot of testing I found best results from waiting 20-30 minutes after filling the bottle before applying heat to the skin and make sure the bottle has some sort of cover, so there isn't direct contact. Leave it on there for an hour or so before removing and then apply castor oil all over the penis, allowing it to absorb naturally.
Shane and Johnnie:
Just go for the highest quality natural castor oil you can find. They are all relatively cheap and 1 litre lasts me around 6 months. At the moment I'm using one from a company called Lubrisolve that I found on Amazon, but previously I had one from Naissance. Just go for the highest quality pure castor oil. It should be cold pressed and hexene free if possible. The colour is pale yellow.

Hi Ashtown, thank you for posting your replies. It has been a few years since your last post but I was hoping you might still be able to post here again.
My question : Re "I wasn't able to use castor oil for a few days and I then saw the scarring harden quite quickly"... Do you find that the scarring still re-hardens when not using Castor Oil.
How is your progress? Has your condition improved?
I hope this message finds you well.

I went to Urologist actually he is good according to others. I told everything about my condition and he did some physical examination of everything like prostate, check peyronie or swelling. etc. After examination he said I had a little peyronie plaque on my right side and swelling and then he said I am 110% healthy. Don't do anything. When I asked him how to remove this plaque he said it will never go.
Now I didn't feel any hard tissue inside my penis but I do feel a dent round circle underneath my skin and I feel pain while errection. Actually a lot of pain, I found a this blog where people cured from peyronies by using castor oil. Now the problem is I dont know where the plaque is, my penis curve but when I move it looks straight to me but I do feel dent. I dont know what to do. I bought Castor Oil and used one time only. Any idea how to remove this dent? Is this a peyronie or I waste my time using castor oil. Any comments on my condition would be appreciated.
