I have angina. Whenever my chest feels really tight or I have my armpit pain, I drink cayenne water. I put 1/8th of a tsp in a small glass of water and drink it down. I hate spicy foods so to this I have to be in a lot of pain. The crazy thing is that if I need it it does not burn my mouth. After drinking this the pain goes away within minutes. If it takes longer I drink another glass.

HI U KYMI, , , , , , , , , your post is a service to your fellow man. This cayenne trick will save lots of folks lives. I have had it in my ever present fanny pack for some 15 years. Never had to use it, but it's there if I do. Learned this from a ole country doctor.

About your angina........ suggest you research EDTA Chelation.

Thank you for this info about another kitchen remedy. I was feeling, unusual for me, distressing discomfort in my heart and chest wall, probably due to work and family stress and... I also accidentally drank real coffee (two cups! ) and I'm a decaf person. I was so anxious and frankly scared, and went to earth clinic. I tried ACV and then, voila: the cayenne pepper. the recipe of 1/8 of a tsp in warm water and before I knew it the pain and anxiety was gone and now I'm back to feeling I belong in the land of the living. Thank you so much!
