Yes!!! That's me! I feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel! I've tried everything! So today I went and got my boric acid tablets. I'll be starting my first day tonight before bed. I have been struggling with BV for about a year now and the boric acid pills really help. I had unprotected sex with my bf and I inserted a pill the night before we saw each other and one right after we had sex. Everything seems to be in order and I haven't had to put another pill in for about a week now. I also use an exterior vaginal shampoo everyday, it's supposed to help maintain the vaginal PH levels. You may also try nonfat plain greek yogurt and that seems to help too due to the probiotics. My boyfriend complains it burns a bit for him after sex, I'm sure cause it says it causes slight burning in the vaginal walls, so it's going in his hole as well, when I use it cause he's sensative and we don't know what to do when this boric acid is the only cure for me! Probably condoms!
