Hello: I was waiting to answer on this subject because I wanted to try Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) on myself. Here is how it went: Last week Ginette got a terrible flu. She came back from work on Friday, 18th of april 2008, complaining about sore throat, general weakness, slightly blurred vision and all the other symptoms that go with it. She sprayed into her mouth H2O2 and took mega doses of vitamin C, but I think it was already too late. One week later she is almost OK except for some rather deep coughing.

When I saw her last Friday I immediately sprayed H2O2 several times in my throat and I continued for the following 2-3 days... I also took mega doses of vitamin C. Guess what ? No flu for me...

In the past, each time she had a flu like that, I would get it as well right after her (the mega dose of vitamine C couldn't prevent it), but not this time. I believe it was because I killed the virus with H2O2 by spraying it strait inside of my throat and lungs RIGHT ON TIME before it had time to spread into my lungs.

Despite of what some people may think, using H2O2 occasionally is not at all harmfull. The only thing that I felt is bacteria being fried right inside of my throat. No pain at all for me.

We brought a small spraying bottle with us to Cuba and used it by spraying it to kill bacteria in bathrooms, door knobs, ustencils in restaurants, remote control, drinking glasses, coffe cups, etc... I even sprayed a roaming cat that was coming to visit us. A few bugs fell down on floor immediately !!!

Have a nice day... with H2O2 ...

P.S. Here in Canada we can buy H2O2 at Dollarama... The price : A bottle of 450ml, containing 3% H2O2, for $0.99 cents, of course ! The big bottle as well as the spraying bottle must be kept away from exposure to light.

I'm having the best respite from a lifetime of asthma, allergies and chronic bronchitis since beginning three natural therapies. A) I take Vit D3 drops (Bioceuticals brand from health food shop) daily. B) I paint Lugol's iodine solution on my skin several times a week (just half a dropper full). C) I inhale 3% H Peroxide via the mouth about 6 times a day. The latter also lessened the pain from my Dercum's Disease (painful lipomatosis) by about 80% and cleared my thinking. I also sleep well now, and not too long and breathe and move better/more easily.
