Warning
I am not telling anyone not to do the inhulation, I am saying do not try to over do it for faster results!! I may even try it again, but follow the instructions that were so clearly given.

With a Southern double name, you got to be of my generation. That just does not happen any more. Folks now all expect their younguns to be in the movies so they give them a Hollywood name to start with. Glad you have recovered and go slow as you indicated. Don't stop, just slow down.

They tried for 3 days to get me to breath on my own. Needless to say it really put a scare in my family. I am 56 yr and smoked for over 30 yrs. I had such high hopes for the h2o2 use because I think I read ALL the testimonials. Of coarse when I first mentioned this to my pulmonary doctor he said "why would you want to put bleach in your body". I believed the folks on EC anyway. The only thing I can think of is that I did loosen up tar or whatever else smoking put on my lungs. I will still take advice as to what to do. I am happy for the ones it has helped.

I've been reading and hearing that 3% is safe. I'm sure you now know from experience and found out by now from other posts that 35% is much too strong. I hope you are well or better and it would be nice to hear an update if you recieve this message! 🙂

Dilute it down- 35% will burn your lungs, your nose, or any tissue it touches.
