Warning

I have copd and I kept reading of h2o2 inhulation therapy. I started Bill Munro's regime, but not faithfully. One weekend I decided to go at it aggressively. I did the nasal spray in the throat, plus I added it to my nebulizer. A little works, so A LOT should really do it, right ? I did not measure it, I just added h202 straight. Did not help my breathing because I had loosened whatever is in my lungs, and blocked my air. My husband had to call 911. My O2 was in the 50's and I blacked out. Had to be on by-pap for 2 days.

I am not telling anyone not to do the inhulation, I am saying do not try to over do it for faster results!! I may even try it again, but follow the instructions that were so clearly given.

HI U GABBYSUE, , , , , , , , , , Hammer meet nail. Girl you right about this. 3 % is OK via mouth inhalation , but not with a nebulizer as we have learned. We cut the 3% H2O2 by half to avoid the burning.

With a Southern double name, you got to be of my generation. That just does not happen any more. Folks now all expect their younguns to be in the movies so they give them a Hollywood name to start with. Glad you have recovered and go slow as you indicated. Don't stop, just slow down.

I posted on 02/15 a warning about using h2o2 too aggressively for copd. I waited a year before trying it again. I used the Bill Munro method as well as in nebulizer. I nebulized about 3 mins about 3 times a day. I used nasal sprayer in throat about every 4 hours, 10 sprays. Three days later...Same as before. Oxygen level dropped rapidly. Albuterol in nebulizer did nothing. Blacked out before ambulance got here. Woke up 3 1/2 days later on a ventilator.

They tried for 3 days to get me to breath on my own. Needless to say it really put a scare in my family. I am 56 yr and smoked for over 30 yrs. I had such high hopes for the h2o2 use because I think I read ALL the testimonials. Of coarse when I first mentioned this to my pulmonary doctor he said "why would you want to put bleach in your body". I believed the folks on EC anyway. The only thing I can think of is that I did loosen up tar or whatever else smoking put on my lungs. I will still take advice as to what to do. I am happy for the ones it has helped.

HI U GABBY, , , , , , , , , , , have counseled two smoker folks and yep they also coughed up black stuff and had bad thoughts about me. They both slowed down the process and got better. I can't tell you to start again, but I would encourage folks in deep stuff to do this very slowly. It took you a lifetime to get in this condition so don't rush it.

Hey Gabby....... You did it again... you went right back and did the same thing by overdosing. Robert told you slow and easy. You took the max amount nebulized, the max amount of sprays in the shortest amount of time. Where did you read that you could max out both treatments? Baby, do one or the other. Cut your dose and in half, and extend your time between treatments, and love yourself! Dont harm yourself again. This is good stuff that works. It will work for you too!

Not sure you will even get this message after so long. I tried the drops. Got up to 11 & could not breathe. Was I supposed to have diluted the 35% down to 3%? I also tried inhaling it & had a hard time breathing. That I did dilute to 3%. Now I am thinking of nebulizing. I just got a machine. Can you give me any advice? THANKS

I've been reading and hearing that 3% is safe. I'm sure you now know from experience and found out by now from other posts that 35% is much too strong. I hope you are well or better and it would be nice to hear an update if you recieve this message! 🙂

Dilute it down- 35% will burn your lungs, your nose, or any tissue it touches.
