Baking Soda in water helped cure my gassey, bloated stomach. I mix a tablespoon or two with water. It doesn't taste the greatest, but it's tolerable. It's worth it!

Bakig soda is dangerous for people with high blood pressure. Be careful and ask your doctor.

Read the baking soda package! 1-2 Tablespoons is too much! I think the recommended dosage is 1/2 tsp. In water. Read the box, but buy the aluminum free kind.
