Thank you to everyone for your contributions to this site. It has been so helpful knowing that I'm not alone & that there are solutions to help (other than all the meds that seem to make my symptoms worse)

  • magnesium (250 mg every am)
  • coQ10 with lunch
  • Botox injections every 3 months

This combination has relieved my symptoms to the point of being able to resume my life! NO caffeine trying to eliminate all chocolate :( Life is good!

Hello everyone, The tremour in my hands has become more difficult as I got older, I can't do cursive writing and have trouble with holding spoons. However, I have started taking Mega Magnesium complex tablets and this seems to have helped. Tremours have slowed considerably and I don't feel as though I'm shaking all the time. Hope this information helps. Regards Sharron from Australia

Hello Sharon;

I'd add on AEP....(Calcium AEP)...membrane integrity factor. I can't stop recommending it...

Read about it on line...Google "nutrition review calcium AEP"

I take six a day and it is a vital part of what I've developed as my "Longevity Program"...

Sharon, how long after taking Mega Mag did you start seeing any results? Also, what's your dosage intake?
