Yes, I've had great success with sertapeptase too. But when I forgot it on vacation abroad, I found out about iodine..... completely took the pain away with one drop on the skin of my foot within hours.... lugols iodine 5%, just one drop every few days.... my hair grew thicker too!Replied By Kristin (Toronto) on 11/14/2017
I put a drop of lugol's in my smoothie every morning for my low thyroid so I'm putting some on my foot and saying a prayer. :) Pain was excruciating this morning after a very busy 5 days...Replied By Steph (KS) on 06/04/2025
Diane, I tried the Lugol's and DMSO since I had those handy. I was shocked when 10 minutes later I checked and my foot felt fine. I'm competing to qualify for a skating event that's important to me in two days and I was worried about my foot interfering. I feel hope I can perform at my top ability without worrying about this for pain. Thank you for sharing your experience!
