Better But With Side Effects

Hello friends, I started OP with Sesame Oil from 01.09.2013 morning. The first day, I experienced too much activeness, clear mind. I am enjoing my bath. After three days, Good sleep. Sleeping, unknowingly falling into deep sleep. My skin is clear and fresh. Normal and more free motions but no tight motions. From, 8.09.2013, I started OP two times a day i.e before breakfast and dinner, again no tight motion. But, from 13.09.2013, I have been pulling three times a day, i.e., before breakfast, lunch and dinner. From this day onwards until typing like this at this minute, I feeling much difficult to go motion which turned tight. Before motion, I experience a light pain at my stomach and release of litttle gas inducing me to go motion. I use much force to release motion, but release nothing. But, after this type of difficult motion, I feel free of the that little inducing pain eventhough I did not go freemotion as ever before. There is no any severe stomach pain which is generally felt by some to some or more extent while they are not going free motions. After this type of tight motion and releasing of too little or drop-like amount, sensation to go motion vanishes. But, again someother time it starts. From 13.09.2013, I have been drinking 1 and 1/2 litre water immediately after OP. I give minimum gap of 3 hours gap before the lunch OP and 4 hours before the dinner OP. I don't want to take any medicine to make tight motion lose since I want this to happen naturally. I understand that this one of the side effect of OP but for good. I do not know how many more days would my problem continue. Can any one comment on this please.

Ramakrishna, sounds like way too much water! Also, how about cutting down on OP and trying once a day for a bit?

Dear friends, I am again Ramakrishna posting my experience through ‘reply' to my post.

On 15, Sept 2013. I posted that I started my 3 times OP from 13. 09. 2013 and got tight motion and did not like to use any medicine and expressed that I did not know how many days my problem would continue. Now, I got relived of my tight motion problem on 18. 09. 2013. It is exactly 5 days I.E. from 13.09.2013 to 17.09.2013 that I faced this problem. In fact, I do not like to call it a problem, since this problem did not pose any problem or irritation for me during these 5 days, I.E. from 13.09.2013 to 17.09.2013, except that a little pain in my stomach inducing me to go motion. With confidence, I have waited for the natural results. Finally on 18.09.2013, I got free motions and I am still continuing my 3 times OP. In fact, on 17.09.2013, fearing that eating normally but not going motion, may lead to stagnation or accumulation of unreleased motion in the stomach and hence to some other problems, I bought ayurvedic tablets to make my tight motion lose. But, I did not use them at all. The next day I.E. on 18.09.2013, my problem has gone. Now I am going free motions. But, I should tell that at the last 1 day of above mentioned 5 days I.E. on 17.09.2013 after my dinner OP, I did vajrasana for 15 minutes which I think might have given a way for free motions. But, afterwards I.E. after 18.09.2013, I did not do vajrasana since the problem started declining. Now, I am very happy and relaxed with my OP being on continuous practice.

Mmsg (from Europe): You advised to cut down my 3 times OP but did not tell exactly why? Many are doing 2 times OP and some 3 times OP. I preferred 3 times OP up to one year so as to get faster benefits. After being relieved of some problems which I will later share with you all, I will lessen as you advised. But please tell me why not 2 or 3 times OP or why should it be only 1 time OP. Does doing 3 times OP is equal to doing 1 time OP in respect of the influence and results of oil ? Please reply.

One time OP in the morning is enough. Doing OP removes toxins, parasites through mucus memberanes. When you remove toxins and other elements give your body 24 hours to rest and heal. And ofcourse there will be detox symptoms initially.

Good health

Ramakrishna, any remedy that has undesireable results (as you wrote that you were having trouble with the oil pulling) should be reduced or stopped.

But I have now read that your constipation has been resolved, so you can oil pull to your heart's content now!!

I am again Ramakrishna. Posting my response again through my Update section.Thank you "Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe" for your advising me on 09/28/2013 to stop any remedy that has undesirable results. Really I accept. But you also expressed agreement to my practice and I can oil pull to my heart's content now. But, "Ed2010 from Canada" replied to me on 27/09/2013as "One time OP in the morning is enough. Doing OP removes toxins, parasites through mucus memberanes. When you remove toxins and other elements give your body 24 hours to rest and heal. And ofcourse there will be detox symptoms initially." This Sir/Madam did not advise me to do OP at least 2 times. I am a bit confused whether to continue 3 times OP or not. But feel that this Sir/Madam's telling right. I think we should give our body 24 hours to rest and heal. But, still I expect some more replies from some more friends like you two, as to how many times an OP should be done. Why not 2 times, obviously if not 3 times.I shall be continuing my 3 times. But I would be happy if someone who experimented OP for 3 times like me and advise me to continue 3 times OP, instead just advising me without experimenting so, of course, any kind of advise is really nice and good and I shall always be thankful for any kind of advise.I am expecting advises from friends as to, 1). 3 times OP is no harm or better than 1 time OP, 2). 2 times OP is also no harm and better than 1 and 2 times Op, 3). 1 time OP is better than 2 and 3 times OP.

I request every OP-doing friends to advise me accordingly for which I and many others like me would be thankful and be benefited

Ramakrishna, personally I have done oil pulling more than once a day, and have done it only once a day or once in two days. No reactions. I think the real test to go by is how it makes you feel.

Again I am Ramakrishna: 10/03/2013: Mr./Mrs./Ms. "Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe" Thank you for responding immediately to my comments. You have responded that you had done oil pulling more than once a day, and have done it only once a day or once in two days. No reactions and added that the real test to go by is how it makes you feel. " I am happy to listen to hear this response. You have responded not just with ideas and guessings but with experience. That is good. But, I still need some more men to say so. Though I quoted by latest that I would continue my 3 times OP until 1 year, yet, before seeing your response as this I have already stopped my 3 times OP and reduced it to 2 times OP I.E. Morning OP and Night OP. I would observe the difference between 3 times OP and this 2 times OP. Then I will again reply through my update section.

I want to add that in the website of "oilpulling.com" I have read some quotings as to do more than 1 time OP. I request every oil pulling friend to kindly watch this website and get knowledge of details of OP and come to this section and respond.

Dear friends, I am again Ramakrishna want to share a new experience that I have been undergoing as a side effect of sesame oil pulling. Please read.

From 03.10.2013 onwards, I have been OP only for 2 times I.E. During breakfast and dinner instead of 3 times including lunch. From 07.10.2013, my lower back I.E. middle of two hips, my back at this point is aching I.E. I am getting pain while leaning down, and could not lean down completely. Such pain I used to get in the past when I dont sleep properly on the bed. Such pain will disappear the next day when I sleep properly. But, this time it is not due to my improper sleep and inadequate sleep. To confirm that this is not due to improper sleep, I slept adequately continuously for two to three days. Still the pain is not disappearing.

Moreover, the back pain that I feel as said above being sleeplessness, is also felt at my neck and other joints to a little extent. But this time, this pain is only at the point of place as I said above I.E. middle of two hips, I.E. lower part of backbone. There is at no other place I experience pain. To-day also, at the time of typing like this too I am experiencing pain at that point of place. But, I could walk and run also but cannot lean down front I. E. Front side of my face, not leaning leaning backside of my face. I can sit down but cannot lean front in sitting position. I do not know how many days this will continue.

I will again come to you with updates of my further experiences.

Dear friends, Again I am Ramakrishna posting my updates through the 'reply' link.

I said (on 10.10.2013) that from 7.10.20132 (when I was on my continuation of my 2 times OP which I started on 3.10.2013), I got pain at the middle of my two hips. This pain is still continuing even at this point of time. One more important information I forgotten to add on 10.10.2013 is that this pain and the point of place where this pain occurs had already occured at my 21 years of age (i.e. 23 years back) very severely and my family members used to rub at that place with 'amruthanjan' and 'zandubalm'. We all wrongly thought that this pain occurred at that time for the reason of my bed-ridden position. Yes, we were all wrong, whybecause, had this been really for my bed-ridden position, why should it come now, when I was not at all in bed-ridden position ? The same kind of pain at the same place repeated now. Why? That is, the root cause for that pain might not have completely disappeared from my body and might have again affected that point of place where I am feeling pain. But this time, only after starting my oilpulling only, this pain emerged again which I can bear somewhat. My OP is started fighting with this root-cause and may be fighting until this cause completely disappears from my body but donot know when this fighting will end for my betterment.

Friends, now from 13.10.2013, I have been doing OP (oil pulling) only for once I.e. at morning only. This 1 time OP is also giving me all the benefits I have enjoyed out of my 3 times and 2 tiimes OP. I am feeling too happy and alert and energetic out of this 1 time OP. Now, again to know clearly the difference between 2 times OP and 1 time OP, I am starting my 2 times OP again from today I.e. 21.10.2013. But, my 1 tiime OP is excellent and gives me all the benefits that I enjoyed out of my 3 and 2 times OP. But to know clearly the difference, I want to once again do my 2 time OP from to day. see you all again with my further updates with expectation of your comments and suggestions. Thank you.

Hello Ramakrishna,

You must have gotten GAS SPASM. This can occur when the body trying to heal after prolonged illness, physical inacitivity. This spasm can either be cause of GAS or Clogged Energies. Once your body is starts to heal, this pain will vanish. GAS SPASM similar to Gall bladder Attack, Kidney Stone movement Pain but occurs in the muscle.

One of the folk remedy for spasm is Heat Rice Bran and tie in a thin cloth like a sack and press it on the affected area something like how you use the heat pad. Good health.

Hi! I am ramakrishna, on 21.10.2013, I posted that from 7.10.2013, (when I was on my continuation of my 2 times OP which I started on 3.10.2013) I got pain at the middle of my two hips and I also added that is the problem which recurred after 23 years back. I also added on the same day I.e on 21.10.2013, that from 13.10.2013, I had been pulling only once per day which is also equally benefit compared to 2 times OP and also added that I will again continue my 2 times OP from that day I.e. 21.10.2013 to know the clear difference between 1 time and 2 times OP. As said, I started 2 times OP from 21.10.2013 and doing this 2 times OP even on this updating day I.e. 27.10.2013.

Now, on this day I.e. on 27.10.2013, I would like to add that the pain (as I added above) at the middle of my two hips is slowly decreasing but still I am experienceing pain at that place.

The second experience is an important one which I should tell. From 23.10.2013, I have been experiencing a kind of pain at the backside of my neck. On 22.10.2013 night, I remember well, I slept facing my right side for long until I wake up. I thought that this would be the reason for that pain. But such pain should have vanished and set right after my sleeping right ways the next 2 or 3 days. But, this pain is not declining despite my sleeping rightways and is in the same intense level even on this day I.e. 27.10.2013. One more thing I should connect here is that from 23.10.2013, I am oil pulling somewhat and comparatively slowly. That is raising my chin for only 1 time for every 2 seconds as against raising 3 or 4 times for each and every second. I think this should have been the proper speed how the OP should be done. within 2 to 3 days of starting OP in this speed I.e 1 pull for every 2 seconds, this pain at the back of my neck started, and astonishingly my teeth become more white. Actually as I already stated, I started OP from 01.09.2013 from which day, I have been OPing raising my chin 3 or 4 time per second, my teeth started to become whiter and better. But, after I started OPing in the ratio of 1:2, my teeth became still more white and better. Note that, I said "raising chin" for the sake of making the speed of OP clearer to you all. But apart from raising chin other ways also I used to OP so that the oil is spread and swished at every nook and corner of our mouth. I will continue this speed of OP and like the readers to comment on this. I will again come with my updates and relievings of my pains, if so, again at my next updatiing.

Hello Oilpullers, again I am ramakrishna. I wish you all a very happy new year 2014. please read the following bracketed lines which I added on my last updating I.e. on 27.10.2013 : -

(...... from 23.10.2013, I am oil pulling somewhat and comparatively slowly. I will continue this speed of OP and like the readers to comment on this. I will again come with my updates and relievings of my pains, if so, again at my next updatiing.")

I am really feel sorry for adding in the above as "....I am oil pulling somewhat and comparatively slowly. That is raising my chin for only 1 time for every 2 seconds as against raising 3 or 4 times for each and every second. I think this should have been the proper speed how the OP should be done......Note that, I said "raising chin" for the sake of making the speed of OP clearer to you all.".

I should not have done as above. why because the speed that I mentioned may be wrong one. That is raising the chin only 1 time for every 2 seconds instead of 3 or 4 time for every second may be wrong. In fact, moving or raising chin or mouth 3 or 4 time per second may or may not be correct. but 1 time for every 2 seconds is really wrong as it is too slow since there should be some force for the oil to pull out the toxins from inner parts of our body. It is the rule that oilpulling should not done vigorously. this means it should not be done more speedily.

Now, I don't again mislead anyone with my own varying experiences with regard to the speed of oilpulling. I leave the decision to be taken by you all on your own with your own experience. Experience will definitely tell every oilpuller to do it in right way provided they should update their knowledge by reading the experiences of various oil pullers from various countries all over the world.

Henceforth, I just add my own experience as it is. Coming to my experience as I added in the above updating and in the earlier updating that I got pain at the middle of my two hips and also at my neck. I have been continuously doing OP 2 times per day I.e. morning and night. Why I continued my 2 times OP is that the hidden problems in my body are not more adequately influenced by 1 time OP. When I started OP for 2 times, these problems are more influenced by the OP. Therefore, I continued my 2 times OP.

The pain at my hip and neck are continuing still. Now I want to ask one question all of you. Please answer.

Is it right to do OP 2 times, one immediately after another. That is after finishing OP for 20 minutes and washing our mouth, can we immediately start doing OP another time ? Can anyone answer this question correctly with their experience. ?

My own answer to my question is that since OP should be done on an empty stomach even without drinking water, we can do it successively 2 times, onetime after another time. Out of 1st time OP and washing/cleaning/brushing/rinsing our mouth, the toxins will be expelled out by the oil. After that, when again starting to do OP second time immediately, some more toxins will be pulled out by the oil, I think. It is not mentioned anywhere or by anyone that in a day, 1 time OP at morning, will pull out all the toxins/bacteria that present/accumulated before doing that OP. Still some more toxins would be there in our body on that day, I think. Therefore, when again starting to do OilPulling (OP) immediately after the 1st time, will again work out and pull out some more toxins though not all of them present at that point of time in our body.

During my last updating, I was advised by one friend that doing OP for 1 time I.e. at morning is enough instead of doing OP for 2 times I.e. both at morning and night, since our body requires some time to be healed. I agree to their advise. though I am following 2 times OP which benefits me somewhat more than 1 time OP.

Now, I ask the same friend the above question i.e. "Is it right to do OP 2 times, one immediately after another. That is after finishing OP for 20 minutes and washing our mouth, can we immediately start doing OP another time? Can anyone answer this question correctly with their experience. ?"

I am eagerly awaiting for the answer for this question from all the oilpullers. please oblige.

Ramakrishna: I do O.P. almost daily as the back-to-back method, that is one followed by another. This seems to be the best detox compared to pulling in morning then evening. Only problem I have encountered is esophagus irritation which can be somewhat problematic. Today I did not pull because my esophagus needed a break.

Thank you Mr.Timh from Ky, Usa for responding quickly and timely. You added in your answer to my question that you followed the back-toback method and appreciated it. Very good. And you also added that you faced the problem of "esophagus". You see Mr.Timh, you just mentioned the name of the problem. But, it would be more beneficial for others if you include your facing of the problem in detail, its nature and the course etc. More over this "esophagus" is not a usual word or vocabulary that we often come across. Therefore it would be better to include our experience in detail so that others also identify their problem, if any, with this. Now, Mr. Timh, I would like to ask you that why did you stop doing back-to-back method of oilpulling for this reason of esaphagus. Why don't you think as it is one of the side effects of this back-toback OP method. It should be born in my mind that whatever the side effects that we face in the course of our Oilpulling, we should not stop doing oilpulling. we should keep on doing. Instead we can seek some medicine for the relief of such side effects, without stopping OP (oilpulling). This is my personal belief only. Not any confirmed belief. In the next inclusion, please explain in detail when did your problem start?, how it influenced you?, what are the problems and how you faced them? Which made you stop doing so?. Did you think that oilpulling should not be done at the point of our sudden facing of any side effects like that of yours.? Please respond accordingly.

One oil puller namely "Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe" advised me to do OP only for 1 time and then later agreed to my 2 times OP and asked to do OP to my hearts' content. While I thank this oil-puller, I would like to ask Mr. "Ed2010 from Canada " who also advised me that One time OP in the morning is enough. Now I am asking this canada friend also that " Is it right to do OP 2 times, one immediately after another. That is after finishing OP for 20 minutes and washing our mouth, can we immediately start doing OP another time ? Can anyone answer this question correctly with their experience. ? I think this type of back-to-back OP is also equal to do only 1 time OP (oilpulling). Whybecasue, 2 tiimes OP as objected by this fried is having a break between each time. 2 times of morning and evening OP is having the break of 10 to 15 hours between them. And, 3 tiimes OP I.e. morning, afternoon and night, is having break between each of them atleast 4 to 5 hours break or gap between them. But the back-to-back OP, I.e. doing one OP after another immediately totally 2 times, does not have gap or break between them. Break or gap here means that break of filling our stomach with some solid or liquid food. But this back-to-back OP is not having any gap I.e we are not eating or drinking anything. With the same empty stomach we are continuously doing OP for 2 or 3 times, immediately one after another, of course, after cleaning our mouth and teeth after each time of this back-to-back OP.

I believe that not only this canada friend who advised me but also other Oilpullers also would respond to my above question, but in detail. if possible after experimenting this back-to-back method.

Ramakrishna: Sorry but I am not able to go into the extended details you ask, but I will try to further clarify to some degree.

First, I am suffering from a chronic and severe environmental illness leaving my body very toxic at all times. O.P. has helped to a noticeable degree. I use OTC vegetable oil w/ added grapefruitseed oil concentrate to help kill the pathogens. At least once and about 2 times per month my esophagus gets irritated so I skip O.P. until it heals (which is usually a day or two). So I did not stop O.P. altogether; I pulled today back-to-back and that second pull does seem to bring about better results. I always rince my mouth w/ OTC mouthwash to kill the germs. I have also experienced some tooth darkening. For this I am getting good results w/ toothpaste w/ sodium bicarbonate plus sodium percarbonate (peroxide).

Hope this helps.

Thank you Mr. Timh from Ky, Usa for according a kind reply. Thank you very much. I am really dissatisfied for not getting advises from adequate number of OIlpullers as regards the back-to-back method of oilpulling. But, still been in anticipation.

Now, again I want to ask another question. That is, is it right for the High blood pressure + blood sugar oilpullers to wash their mouth with salt water. ? I firmly aver that salt water swishing for cleaning our mouth after oilpulling, on daily basis, will definitely raise their blood pressure. and may lead to some unwanted repercussions. Expecting all the oilpullers of all kinds of oil to respond accordingly.

It probably is just a matter of trying it out and seeing how you react. Every person is different and oil pulling is not an exact science and reactions may vary. So try it and see how YOU react. That would probably bring you the most info for you.

Hi! Hello & everybody. It is 3 months since I conversed here. I have been still continuing my 2 times OP daily. I have met in the course of my oilpulling some changes. Now I am not experiencing sudden burst of cough while doing OP. Also, now the oil becomes watery exactly between 10th and 15th minute. If I use somewhat less quantity it becomes watery within 7minutes. If I increase quantum of oil a little, it becomes watery at 10th minute or 15th minute. If I further increase oil amount it becomes watery at 15th or 20th minute. from the beginning Until the last 10 days, I was pulling oil without keeping my chin & face somewhat upside at 40 to 60 degrees. For this, I am getting the results little brighter.

As initially added by me in my earlier conversations that I faced pain at my backneck and my lower back I.E. middle of two hips. Actually, I also had a problem of swelling of lymphatic nodes mainly below my throat, armpits. I also had a problem of backneck pain. Now this backneck pain and pain at my lower back I.e. middle of two hips, is being addressed by my oilpulling and also lymphatic nodes below my throat and armpit also very much slowly decreasing and increasing. I also added that I could not sleep sideways I.e. either left or right. But astonishingly, now I could be able to sleep sideways to 50% convenience. So far, I have finished my 8 months OP and from 1st May 2014, continuing my 9th month OP. Please comment on this

Hi! Everybody! I hope you are all continuing OP. I want a clarification. I am doing OP 2 times, I.e. morning and night. I want to know whether it is beneficial to do OP 2 subsequent times in the morning and again 2 subsequent times at night? Is doing so is equal to doing OP 4 times a day? I think it is not, why? Because, these 2 subsequent times are not having any gap between them as against those who are doing OP 2 times leaving gap of 8 to 12 hours between each time and in that gap too, they eat lunch followed by some other intermittent intakes. I also want clarification as to whether 3 times OP I.e. morning OP, lunch OP and Dinner OP, having a minimum of four hours gap between them, is not as effective as 4 times OP as mentioned above, I.e. 2 continuous times in the morning and 2 continuous times in the night, which have adequate gap between them. I request all the Oilpullers first to analyse these doubts, then experiment and then reply to me kindly.

Ramakrishna, as I've written you before, oil pulling is not an exact, measurable science. Each person does it as he feels is best. Experiment to see what's best for you!

Hi! "Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe", I am really thankful to you for an reply. You told that OP is not exact measurable science. OP is a traditional Indian ayurvedic method which was not put to scientific tests. But, recently, now this method is being put to tests in scientific laboratories and the results are being analysed and systematized. As regards my doubt for which you just answered like this, I have experimented on 2 subsequent OPs both in the morning and evening. It somewhat seems that this subsequent type of method is somewhat better than normal 2 times OP each in the morning and night. Moreover, these subsequent 4 times OP, having 8 to 12 hours gap between each 2 subsequent OPs is not equal to normal 4 times OP I.e. morning+lunchtime+evening+night OPs having minimum 3 to 4 hours gap of eating/drinking between each of them. I think you will agree to me that 2 or 3 or 4 times OP having gaps between each of them has one type of healing mechanism with the utilization of the available gap. So, here the gap that we give between OPs does matter. The process and mechanism that is occurring in between the gap after each OP is tough to be analysed as the same varies with different persons and different oils. Whereas, the subsequent type of OP need not require any analysis, I suppose. Why becaue after finishing 1 time OP some number of toxins will be pulled out and after doing the subsequent, immediate second time OP after the first time OP either in the morning or lunch or night, will pull out some more toxins from the body immediately. The main requirement is that the stomach should be empty before doing OP. This requirement is not infringed at all in this case. And I think it is not stipulated anywhere, a process of detoxification should be time-bounded I.e. detoxification should be done at a time to an exact extent of hours/minutes/seconds. I also think that after detoxification process, either so long as 2 subsequent times of OP (both in the morning and at night) or so short as 2 times of OP (both in the morning and night), some gap/rest should be given for mechanism of healing to take effect. Therefore, the crux of matter is that length of detoxification I.e. longtime detoxification or short-time detoxification. Therefore, I conclude that subsequent type of OP is somewhat better than the normal OP. But, the same may not be for all. My be for those with serious health problems, or chronic problems, I think. This is all only my supposition please. Don't take it for granted. I request all the Oil pullers to kindly, criticize argue and analyse my supposition. If any wrong, kindly advise me. I would be thankful to you all.

Hi! OP doers, wish you all & our beloved earth clinic a very happy new year. I have stopped writing on this nice site but actually did not stop my OP at all. As continuation to my last addition, I would like to tell that I dare not stop OP after having experienced benefits from my Sesame-OP. Going on doing at all times 2 times both in the morning and night.

As already missed to tell as to why I was doing OP, I have been doing it mainly for the problem of indigestion & swollen nodes of my throat. It is 1 year + 3 months since I had started doing OP in Sep' 2013 in which duration my problem is addressed by OP. The pain at my hip and neck have reduced to some more extent.

I have to add here that from 12/1/2015, I started doing OP 3 consequent and continuous times, one after another in the early morning and 1 time in the night with empty stomach. I noticed on 14/1/2015 that I lost my audible voice, as if for shouting/talking/singing too much & too long. I have to try hard to talk loud but sound is very less and not so audible. On doing 3rd consequent time of OP, a lot of mucus/phlegm is coming out on spitting with coughing. On 16/1/15 I am slowly getting back my audible voice. even at this moment of writing like this also, my voice is not completely clear and audible. Again in the night if I try to do 2 consequent times instead of 1 time, the swollen nodes are found still visibly swollen in the morning. then I stopped doing 2 times in the night and doing only 1 time along with 3 consequent times of OP in the morning.

One important and great effect that I got out of this 3 consequent times of OP in the morning is that my mind is terribly fresh and clear. remembrance power is also improved much better. digestion power also improved better.

Recently, in one site I read that many are doing urine therapy (drinking urine daily in the early morning, also massaging their body). Is it right to do Urine therapy along with OP. After reading a lot on Urine therapy, I found this one to be better than OP. But I could not and dare not stop my 1year+3months-old OP at all. Can any one comment on this and advise?
