I've been trying to self-diagnose since we don't have health insurance and, as always, came to earthclinic. I'm assuming that I have either tendonitis or bursitis in my shoulders. I had injured my right shoulder several years ago and it took a while to heal on its own, but wasn't painful after that. I broke my right wrist the beginning of this year and was in a cast for about 5 weeks. I believe that was the turning point. Between immobilizing the right arm and overusing the left, I've been in pretty much constant pain in both shoulders... Neither one of them move very freely, so it could also be frozen shoulders. The ache and burning have been very difficult to bare. I started taking the 2 T. ACV and 1 T. honey (raw... very important... and local if you can) twice daily as was recommended by James... What a difference! I've only been taking it for 3 days, but I noticed the difference after the first dose. Just wanted to wait to write about it for fear that it was all in my head! Mind you, I'm nowhere near cured yet, but its been like taking a pain reliever and the burning is completely gone!! I need to search to find some exercises that will help me strengthen both arms without injuring them further, but I feel like that's possible now!! I will continue to take this morning and night! Since I store my ACV in the fridge I warm it slightly in the microwave (hope that doesn't alter it! ) and then put the honey in it to dissolve it, then I add ice water. I tried drinking it as a warm tea-like drink, but just didn't like it as much. The cool drink goes down very easy for me. Thank you earthclinic and everyone who takes the time to let us know what we can do to help ourselves naturally!

I would not put Apple Cider Vinegar in the refrigerator. No need to refrigerate. Microwaving is a no - no. Why put any kind of radiation into such a pure product? I leave my bottle of organic apple cider vinegar on the counter, have for many years. Glad it's working for you, though!

DO NOT USE A MICROWAVE for ANYTHING! A MICROWAVE KILLS all of the nutrients in food and water. So in essence you are eating DEAD FOOD. It also clumps red blood cells. Spend a little more time and use stove top and oven. I use a small convection oven and it doesn't take very long, it's not as fast as nuking but its a check of a lot healthier.
