I have just tried the inhalation method. I went to a pool store to get Hydrogen peroxide without stabilizers. The only one they had was 27% with water only. So I diluted this to 4 drops to 1 oz. I am happy with the increased energy I feel. I am hoping this will keep my candida under control. I will try the spray every 2 hours. I noticed my appetite has decreased a great deal.

That is too high of a dilution. You are at a ratio of 32 drops to a 8oz glass of water. It should be no more than 25 & that is even a bit high. Also H2O2 from a Pool store? All information specifically say food grade HP. There are 6 or 7 grades of HP. Some for industry, some for cleaning...etc.

Pool supply has food grade hydrogen peroxide. It has no additives and so is labeled Pool grade to clear water of germs but is food grade. It's just not ususally the 35%, it's lower. If you look to food grade suppliers, you will also find they sell the pool grade and list it as food grade.

There are two types of food grade H2O2, with and without stabilizers. Most staff don't know unless they contact their supplier. Pool source companies usually use H2O2 with stabilizers.

HI U SHER, I challenge your statement without some proof that it's bad. Food grade means it can be internally ingested. Of course GMO foods are FDA approved also, so what's your point.

Our Earth Clinic hero, Bill Munro, inhaled stabilized non food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide from age 64 to 89. He is the reason all discuss hydrogen peroxide. Without him, no one would appreciate it, other than pouring it on a cut. He blazed the trail for internal use..... stabilized or not.

I am proof that hydrogen peroxide works. I use it in my ears if I feel a cold coming on and I haven't had a cold in 5 years. I also inhale it and drink it. My lung function has improved to near normal and I have much more energy. If anyone is thinking of using it, please take note of how to use it safely because it can be fatal if used incorrectly. Best thing I ever found on the net. By the way, I am not a daft teenager, I am a pensioner so I took a good look at this before I tried it.

H2O2,35% FG, is exactly the same whether used for pools or other, according to one supplier, whom I buy my supplies from. You don't get some things like droppers, but you will get a lower price when ordering pool H2O2. Will name supplier upon request.

If you use too high of a concentration of hydrogen peroxide you risk burning delicate tissues in the lung and will not be able to reverse that damage. That is why it is VERY IMPORTANT to use food grade and make certain it is diluted down to 3%.

Robert, hydrogen peroxide was well known for its healing quality before Bill Monro. Bill explains the inhaling method and we are grateful for it. Peroxide has been used since the 1800s. The most recent people who spread the word about its healing properties are the late father Richard Wilhelm and Mr peroxide himself Walter Grotz. Walter knows more about peroxide than anyone on the planet.
